Girls' night!

It's girls' night and I couldn't be happier. After a long week of taking care of my one-year-old son, Charlie, some much-needed relaxation with my best friends is just what I need. We're all gathered in my living room, wine and charcuterie spread out on the coffee table. The room is filled with the sounds of laughter and chatter as we catch up on each other's lives.

Calypso, married to Leo, is the first to bring up the topic of marriage. "I swear, Leo is driving me crazy. I love him, but sometimes I just need a break."

Marinette, who is married to Luka, sighs. "I know the feeling. Luka and I have been having some issues lately. I just don't know how to fix them."

Alya chimes in. "Have you tried talking to him about it? Communication is key."

Marinette nods. "We've talked, but it doesn't seem to be helping. I just feel so disconnected from him."

I take a sip of my wine, trying to think of something helpful to say. "Well, Percy and I have been married for a few years now, and we've definitely had our ups and downs. One thing that always helps is making time for each other, even if it's just a few minutes every day. And don't be afraid to spice things up in the bedroom," I add with a wink.

Piper nods in agreement. "I couldn't agree more. Since having Chandler, it's been hard to find time for just us, but we make it a priority. And sometimes you just have to get creative," she says with a smirk.

Katie chimes in. "Miranda and I have been there too. With Noah being only three months old, it's been a challenge. But we've found that doing little things for each other, like cooking his favorite meal or giving him a back massage, can go a long way."

Miranda, Katie's sister and wife to Connor, nods. "And don't forget about date night! Even if it's just a quick dinner out, it's important to have that time together."

Y/n looks thoughtful. "I think it's also important to remember that marriage isn't always easy. It takes work and compromise. But in the end, it's worth it."

We all nod, sipping our wine and munching on charcuterie. Marinette looks thoughtful for a moment before speaking up. "You know what, maybe I have been overthinking things. Maybe I just need to relax and let things happen naturally."

We all agree and raise our glasses in a toast to marriage, friendship, and a much-needed girls' night. The night is filled with laughter and good food, and as we say our goodbyes, I can't help but feel grateful for these amazing women in my life and the advice they've given me. Marriage may not always be easy, but with friends like these, it's definitely worth it.
