"- Sah, why are you defending some freshmen?" the boy, as far as I can tell the boy's name is Mathew, asks.

"- Go bother others Mathew! Anna is my roommate and Roxy is Sah's!" says Sarah's friend. Wow, she knows my name, Anna is such a slut.

"Martha, it's not like you've never done this with any of the new girls here at the university!" he defends himself.

I can tell you that Sara and Martha are very similar, they look like they come from the same family. They're both blonde and have very similar styles and ways of dressing.

Wow, I'm scared now, maybe Sarah and that Martha girl agreed to humiliate us, but it won't stay like this, I won't let them... Me, the dead fly as they say, who never wants trouble or confusion with anyone, I'm here puffing out my chest and bragging that I do this and that... But I'm not like that. I'd never have the courage to get into a fight with my chest. I never get into fights when I know I'm going to lose. I'm a peace and love kind of person. I let it get to the limit and then I explode, as the time bomb said, counting down and when I reach zero, it explodes. But I don't have the patience for these fights between spoiled little children. I despise these kinds of situations.

"- Shut up Mathew! I did it to Mack because when she came in here she hit on my boyfriend." - she defends herself. This conversation is getting interesting.

"- Now you say that..." this Mathew guy attacks.

"- Can I ask you a question?" says Anna with her hand on her hip pointing at him.

Where does this girl get so much courage? Only Anna. She's a bit like the opposite of me, compulsive and flamboyant. Something's wrong, Anna's the first person to open her mouth and stand up to her. I wish I had a little bit of her personality, maybe only for certain situations. Situations in which I sometimes feel I should stand up for myself, but I feel humiliated and demeaned because I don't have a voice. Or not having the courage to stand up for myself in a given situation.

"And who do you think you are?" the boy confronts me.

"- The person who's asking you if they can ask a question!" she confronts him again.

Sarah and Martha look at each other in amazement at Anna's words. She's always loved playing the game of you here you there, if you mess with me I'll mess with you, if you do one thing to me I'll do worse. If you want me to be on the bottom, I'll be on top. My friend is always right, or almost always right.

I think my best friend is playing with fire. She likes to play with fire but rarely gets burned. It's a positive trait that she has, the easy way in which she makes incredible manipulations. It's an extraordinary quality that I think will be an asset in the professional world in the future. Nowadays it's important to have a strong personality in order to stand out from everyone else in the same profession. We have to be the best of the best, the top.

"- Ask me what you want, I might as well not answer you!" he snarls.

"- Why are you such a bitch to the new students? Were you born that stupid? Is it a heart or a stone you've got inside?" she confronts him, moving closer and closer.

Bulling was something Anna never felt, she always defended herself, I never felt it either, she and Edward were always there to defend me. I still remember a funny situation, when I wore glasses for the first time, black square glasses, a boy passed me in the school corridor, "Clown" he called me, Anna immediately replied "Have you looked at your face" (he was wearing glasses). She's not afraid of threats, confrontation or humiliation. Anna's fears are just more fears of personal insecurity, an inability to manage her emotions and being alone for a day.
