Next morning, Dr. Lee came for a check-up and stated, "Ruhi, you're completely fine now. Just some more days and you'll be able to walk and run, these external wounds will heal quickly."
"Thanks to you. If you weren't there, I wouldn't be able to recover quickly. You are such an amazing doc," I remarked.
A proud smile appeared on his face.
"Tell me one thing. I saw your hands were bleeding excessively, yesterday. Are you sure it's not hurting?" he inquired worriedly.
"Yeah Dr. Lee, I'm completely fine. Besides, I'm strong enough to bare that minor pain," I reassure him.
"No, No, No. You have to tell me every single pain you're suffering from and you don't have to bare it. After all, your brother is a doctor," he asserted.
"Yeah, sure in your dreams you could became my so-called big brother. Anyways, do one thing. I had an extremely nasty headache. So please give me some medicines or pain killers for that," I insisted.
"You're having a headaches so frequently from yesterday. Let me conduct some reports, it might be due of a brain injury," he added, seeming concerned.
"Fine."
Miss Mathew arrived about that time
"Hey guys. Drake, I may travel to Canada next week. I'm so worried about Myra and also for the internship, I have to wait till results," she informed him.
"Oh. Yeah sure," he responded.
