Did you know that i'm deeper than all the oceans combined,
Ship wrecks crashed underneath on the sand,
Blood washed by the water of mine,
Black chains and bowsprits
i'm always on my knees
begging god
to get me to the surface
when am i gonna fly?
when can i get oxygen
i'm asking the sky
when is it my time?
let me have someone
open me up
like a poem book on a bed
tell me they love me
and miss me like i'm dead
god, did you forget me?
it's my turn to be loved

let me have someone
crack me up
and break me apart
just let me have someone
i could miss and die without
