The Cuddle

(It is time for more than just lore! That's right!)

I was sleeping peacefully yet again when I was nudged awake. I was confused and looked to the side. I saw Aebastian and asked,

"What? Did you already find a way out?"

"No. It's just that... well I need those blankets to sleep."

I realized I had taken half of the sleeping stuff, and that Sebastian probably needed it all to rest his head and cover himself.

"Um... oh." 

I yawned and got up. I handed over the blankets and pillows before I laid down on the floor again.

"Wait... you're just going to sleep on the floor?"

"Remember? Abusive Mom. Had some nights where I had to sleep on the floor. I'm used to it."

"Okay."

I heard movement as he set himself up on the other side of the room before he started to rest. I was having a hard time sleeping to be honest though. I was getting myself to drift off eventually though. Then I heard Sebastian again.

"I can't sleep."

I looked back at him since I was looking away.

"Huh? Anything wrong?"

I had to ask. I had feelings for him already. Sebastian took a moment to speak up again.

"I... can't sleep knowing that you're just on the floor over there."

"Okay? Are you going to give me some sort of paper to sleep on then?"

"No. I want you to come over here with me."

That made me twist around fully. He was looking at me with those three glowing eyes. They actually had a hint of pink in them.

"You want me... to be under those blankets... with you?"

I blushed as I said this. I was already feeling embarrassed, like I said something wrong and he corrected me. He said something else though.

"Yes."

We stayed in silence before I stood up and walked over. I tried getting in under the blankets in such a way that I stayed as far away from him as I could. I let out a yelp as his arms grabbed me and pulled me closer. I immediately let a satisfied sigh out. He... felt so warm. He was practically radiating it for being a guy covered in scales. My head was against his neck and two of his arms were around me.

"Well... I guess I'm your teddy bear now."

I had tried cracking a joke, but it didn't stop this feeling in me. I felt so good, being able to be against his gigantic form. He then said,

"Sure. This doesn't mean anything. I'm just... giving you lodging and a comfortable place to sleep."

I nuzzled into his neck.

"Sure... sure."

I was drifting off again already. This time in a more happy state. Sebastian was as well. We both were relaxed, and then fell asleep.

I woke up... well later. Maybe the middle of the night. We were still together, but Sebastian was making some noises and facing away from me. Wait... I blushed as I realized he was... well taking care of a certain private part of his. I turned away abruptly, and he must've noticed. The noises stopped and I saw a faint blue glow as I looked away.
