Chapter 7 : Family day Part 1

POV Olivia

Today Ava is in a little bit of an older headspace so we are going to take her to the park today. Scar has already taken her downstairs to make breakfast because she is excited to go to the park. But we will probably just keep an eye on her more because her body can't always keep up with her head but oh well. As long as she is happy and as healthy as can be, we are happy too.

Nobody's POV

Scarlett makes breakfast for her little family with Ava on her hip. The little one is practically clinging to her and really wanted to watch Scarlett cook. Olivia comes into the kitchen and loves the sight of how Scarlett treats her little one and how much Ava is attached to Scarlett.

As soon as Ava notices Olivia she makes grabby hands in her direction and Olivia goes straight to her and takes her in her arms. She gives her a kiss on the front of her head and Scarlett comes right over and gives her a quick kiss on the lips.

S : morning love.

O : morning babe and good morning to you too, Princess. Although I think bunny would be more appropriate now because of your bunny PJ.

A : morning mommy.

O : Scar, have you already told her or. S: Yes, I already said it and when she found out she wanted to go straight away but I already told our princess that we would have breakfast first and then she would take a nap so that she would have enough energy for the park, right, princess?

said Salrett and gave Ava a little nudge on her nose. Ava giggled and Olivia went with her into the dining room. Scarlett gave Olivia and Ava another kiss and prepared breakfast. When she came into the dining room the family was eating. After dinner Liv took care of the dishes and Scarlett took care of Ava. They quickly went to the bathroom and cleaned Ava up before going back up to their nursery and waiting for Liv. Olivia came up and took Ava. She sat down in the rocking chair and Scarlett helped her take off her t-shirt so she could breastfeed her. Ava was already half asleep and took the nipple without any problems and started sucking. Olivia has a big smile on her face and so does Scarlett. After about half an hour Ava is in a deep sleep and Olivia has replaced her breast with a pacifier. Olivia lets Ava sleep on her chest for some skin to skin contact and after a while falls asleep too. When Scarlett notices that Olivia has also fallen asleep she can't help but take a picture of this irreplaceable moment. She makes it her background screen on her phone. She enjoys the moment a little longer before working on her laptop. After an hour Olivia wakes up again and makes her way to Scarlett's office with a sleeping Ava on her chest. She goes to her and tells her to get everything ready for the park while she changes Ava and gets herself ready.

Time skip

They have now arrived at the park and Ava wanted to be carried so Olivia takes her and puts on the baby carrier while Scarlett takes the stroller bassinet and the diaper bag.

When they arrive at the playground, Scarlett takes her from Olivia and goes to play with her while Olivia spreads out a pricknick blanket and gets everything ready. Scarlett has put Ava on the slide and is waiting for her at the end to catch her. After a while they go to the baby swings and the sandpit. Ava is getting tired and hungry so they go to Olivia.

S : Hey baby girl, do you want to go to mommy

and Ava nods.

S : OK, come on.

O : Aww, is mommy's baby girl tired? Come on, come to mommy, then I'll breastfeed you and then you can take a quick nap.

S : She's exhausted herself.

after 10 minutes of breastfeeding, Ava is deep asleep. Olivia and Scarlett put her in her bassinet to sleep while they eat lunch and enjoy the sun. Olivia also shows Scarlett pictures that she took of Scarlett and Ava while they were playing.
