[Cut to the Quinjet where Sam is piloting Rhodey, Steve, Natasha, Wanda, and Vision]
Sam: Drop to 2600, heading 0-3-0. I hope you're right about this, Cap. Or we're gonna land a lot faster than you want to.
(The Quinjet passes through a force field into Wakanda)
Okoye: (Walking with T'Challa and a band of the King's Guard) When you said we were going to open Wakanda to the rest of the world... This is not what I imagined.
T'Challa: And what did you imagine?
Okoye: The Olympics. Maybe even a Starbucks.
Bucky, Shuri, and Gabrielle nod in agreement. "A Starbucks would be nice," Bucky says.
(The occupants of the Quinjet descend the ramp)
Bruce Banner: (To Rhodey) Should we bow?
T'Challa goes to say something, but Shuri covers his mouth with a wide smile on her face. T'Challa just shakes his head.
Rhodes: Yeah, he's a king.
Steve Rogers: Seems like I'm always thanking you for something. (Shaking hands with T'Challa)
(Bruce bows in front of him)
Rhodes: What are you doing?
"That's hilarious, Rhodes," Gabrielle snickers.
T'Challa: Uh, we don't do that here. (He dissuades with a motion of his hand) So how big of an assault can we expect?
(The group begins to walk back the way it came to greet the guests)
Bruce Banner: Uh, sir, I think you can expect quite a big assault.
Steve Rogers: How we looking?
T'Challa: You will have my King's Guard, the Border Tribe, and the Dora Milaje.
Steve Rogers: Where's Bucky?
"Aw, you care!" Bucky says.
Ayo: I can lead you to him.
[Cut to Bucky and Gabrielle's small hut. Bucky is sitting on a chair while Gabrielle sits on the ground. He is braiding her hair. Gabrielle notices Ayo and Steve walking toward them. She elbows Bucky in the leg.]
Gabrielle Barnes: [whispering] James. [Bucky pauses, his vibranium left arm glinting in the sun slightly, and looks up at Steve and Ayo. He sighs before standing up to meet them.]
[Gabrielle stays on the ground, just out of earshot. Suddenly, Bucky's voice gets louder.]
Bucky Barnes: I don't want to fight anymore, Steve! I'm not getting dragged into any more of your fights! I'm tired and done.
"I agree," Bucky says quietly. "I don't want to fight anymore. I just want to live my life." Gabrielle hums in agreement.
Steve Rogers: Something big is coming, Buck-
Bucky Barnes: I don't care! I will only fight if something threatens the home I share with my wife!
[Steve's eyes widen and Bucky turns around and walks back towards Gabrielle. She stands up and forgets about her half-braided her and hugs Bucky. He leans down to kiss her.]
[Steve stands there, speechless.]
Ayo: We should go, Captain. [Steve nods and begins to follow Ayo to Shuri's lab.]
