The next evening after school, you found yourself seated between the green and bright-blonde males. You dazily watched as All Might, who sat across from you, poured hot water into a cup.

You felt tired after your classmate's long explanation of the meeting he had with a past holder of One For All and a dream he had the other night, involving other past users of the ability as well as All for One.

"A previous wielder's ability..." The adult spoke. "One for all is growing, huh?" You could feel your eyelids begin to get heavier as you rocked in your seat.
"Do you always talk here?" Bakugo questioned, you tilting your head.
"Yeah! I was kind of surprised to see you here, too." Broccoli sweatdropped.

'Wait, does he know...?'

"I requested for young Bakugo to come as well, as he also knows our secret. I know you already joined us sometimes, Young (Y/N), but I had to make sure you came today."
"All Might, did you already know about the dark quirk that came out?" The unusually calm boy beside you asked.

"It's my first time hearing about him, too." Having not much more energy to rock, you ended up relaxing your head, allowing it to fall on the ash-blonde's shoulder. Thinking to quickly move it before he exclaimed, all you felt was a slight flinch, and surprisingly, nothing more.

'I didn't realise he was this calm...'

"A wielder with a shaved head... I heard that the user before my master was a young male with black hair." All Might continued. "But I don't think she was aware that One For All also had the quirks of previous holders."

"So it means you're the first, scum." Despite his remark at the end of his sentence, the male who you lay on still sat calmly, with nothing more than a frown on his face.
"Don't call him a 'scum'." The teacher corrected him.

"Was there something that triggered it?" Bakugo asked, turning his head to the green boy but pausing upon seeing the closeness between his face and your head. "Move."
"But you're comfy." You stated, causing him to 'tch'.

"Trigger? No, not at all..." Midoroya replied to his question. "But he did say 'the time is ripe'. There might be some kind of external connection."
"Could it be linked to All For One...?" You questioned aloud, the ash-blonde hummed.
"One for all did originate from him, right?"

"Able to have multiple quirks, I think..." You stated.
"Yes, it's the same as him." You and Bakugo now faced the adult opposite you both as you two made your suggestion and reasoned it out. You almost found it weird that you had the same idea as him.

At that, All Might stood to his feet. "They said what I didn't want to say out loud, but anyway, to prevent that from happening, we need to find out more about this quirk."

That night, the three of you got changed into your sports uniform before heading to the school's gym hall. All Might stayed to the side whilst you and Bakugo fought the Broccoli boy.

"You're not scared enough!" The explosive male yelled at the Midoriya, believing that was the reason why the dark strings hadn't unleashed yet. "I'll beat you up some more so then it will come out!"
"Imma go sit out now..." You sighed, walking over beside the retired-hero.
"And then, I'll beat you up so completely that you -!"
"Calm down." All Might cut off the male as the green one stood, hunched over and huffing for breath.

"If One For All reacts to the way I feel," Midoriya began, "then it happened because... I thought before that I couldn't use it right now, and that was the reason for it being locked away. If that's correct, then I should be able to formulate a picture of opening and locking a lock, and then I can be able to use the quirk Blackwhip- "
