A sudden pulse ran through your entire body. You sat up straight, finding yourself on a hospital bed in a hospital gown with no one else but three adults.
"Hello, Miss Tokito." A little bear-like creature greeted you, small and wearing a suit. "It's been a while. How are you feeling?"
"I'm not injured. You can't keep me here." You said, eyes darting from the principal to the other two figures.

"That isn't our intention, but only if we can have a proper conversation with you." Long black-hair, long for a man, fell over his shoulders, and layers of binding rope rested around his neck. "(Y/n), you've been missing for weeks and you were then found working with the cult Humarise, only to turn on them in the final moment."

"I was never part of them in the first place." You told them. "I was kidnapped and then forced to stay there."
"You were never really restrained though, were you, Muichiro?" The flaming number one hero questioned. You narrowed your eyes at him.

"Why are you making me sound like the villain? A child died because of you heroes, and now I'm expected to just collaborate with whatever you say?" You did get up then, but then you noticed something was missing. "Where's my Nichirin blade?"
"Confiscated. I'm sorry, Miss Tokito, but if you don't cooperate, we'll have to arrest you for criminal association."
You scoffed as you lay back down.

"Fine, I'm listening."
"Good, thank you."
"(Y/n), what's happened?" Mr Aizawa asked, genuine concern dripping from his voice, but you paid it no mind.
"You know what? I won't answer any more questions until Genya is present." There was silence in the room. From all you've experienced, whether it be influence or just a simple change of opinion, you no longer trust anyone who goes by the title 'hero'.

"Alright. Let Shinazugawa in, but only him." The animal commanded. It only took a moment for the boy to rush in. The second you heard his steps, you jumped from the bed and right into his arms.
"(Y-y/n)...-!"
"Genya," He held you, your arms wrapped around his neck, as he uncontrollably wept.
"I-I thought -!"
"It's okay." Leaning towards Genya's ear, you whispered. "You're the only one I trust, so don't go."
"I never intend to."

You smiled a little, now letting go of him but staying beside him as you turned to the adults, who were silently giving you your time.
"Whilst I was at the hotel, I fell asleep, woke up at the Humarise HQ in Otheon, stayed there for a couple of days before moving to an apartment with a younger member. I was never part of the cult, but I was never treated badly. I made them believe I was for them, only to turn on them in the end alongside Midoriya and some other guy."

"Are you sure that's everything, Muichiro?" Endeavour asked. "Deku, Bakugo, and Shoto seemed guilty of something when asked to report on your reappearance."
"In fighting the Humarise members who were after a briefcase in their possession, they pushed two particular individuals to jump from a mid-air helicopter." You were able to control yourself from going emotional in their presence.

"What is your relation to the two?" The headmaster said, his reaction showing that they probably already knew.
"Acquaintances that I had met whilst there."
"I see."
"(Y/n), what do you think about quirks?" You only shrugged.
"I don't think anything towards them." You are forcing yourself to show a minimal reaction.

"I'm sorry to ask, but could you tell us what the quirks, if they had one, of the deceased were?" Your homeroom teacher wondered, trying to remain as thoughtful as possible.
"I don't know. They might have told me, but how would I know?" You sighed, leaning your head on the shoulder of your friend. "Anyways, can I have my blade now?"
"Alright."
