"Welcome to Endeavour's Agency!" You stared blankly at four sidekicks of the number one hero. You all currently stood in the centre aisle of what seemed to be office desks and workers.

You zoned out of the conversation, only hearing that you would have to do what they were doing, which seemed rather chaotic as many were calling out locations for dispatches and things like that.
It didn't help much that Bakugo was also yelling stuff, adding to the noise.

'Why did I agree to this again...?'

Once Endeavour had left his office, he decided to get straight into preparing the four of you. After you all had changed into your hero costumes, you were led into the training room with the number one hero and four of his sidekicks.

Whilst he talked, you decided to go take a look at the space. You saw dumbells and bars, and um, other stuff that you didn't really know the name of. You took a closer look at each of them.

"Hey, Miss Hashira!" You jumped slightly at the sudden voice beside you. You turned to see the flamy green haired lady, one of Endeavour's sidekicks. "You interested in this stuff? Bet there was nothing like them in the Taisho era!"

You tilted your head at her as her sharp teeth showed through her grin. "I'm also curious. Is there anything you want to get from being here?" You looked upwards in consideration of the question.

"I never really had anything in mind." You responded. "I guess I just want to increase my durability?" She nodded at that.
"That's cool."
"Muichiro, come."

You instantly got up to approach the number one hero, noticing that he was about to take you, Bakugo, and Midoriya to another room.
"Can I come as well?" Todoroki asked.

"Aren't you here to learn Flashfire?!" Endeavour turned to his son.
"I've put to practice the training you drilled into me when I was younger." The half and half male begun. "All on my right side.

"When I think about it, my head was filled with pointless hatred towards you." You looked over at the boy, slightly curious. "After coming to UA and spending time with these guys, competing, my eyes were opened.

"Endeavour, in the end, I did exactly what you had wanted. However, the hero I've always admired was the person I watched on TV with mom." You then zoned out the rest of what he was saying.

Honestly, you just wanted to get into the training part of the course.
"Right, very well." Endeavour said in response to your classmate's request. "From now on, I will look at you three as heroes." The man then turned to you. "Muichiro, do you have anything you want to gain from being here?"

You tilted your head at that. "I guess I would like to improve my durability and reflexes as when it comes to prioritising others, I often forget about my own safety."

You thought back to all the times you had taken a blow for someone and how it ended up affecting you after. "Doing that often slows me down and becomes a hindrance for later." The hero nodded at that before you all left the room.

Later, you found yourself walking down a street behind your classmates and Endeavour. He explained how he liked to offer all sorts of training instead of just one.

He then started accelerating using his flames, forcing all of you to move to catch up with the hero. Endeavour stated that he wanted you all to catch the hit-and-run criminal before he did.
You were in front of the others, so as the hero said his every word, you were able to act upon it the fastest.
