Ally comes home and I'm still asleep.

"Hey Stevie, how'd last night go?" Ally asked politely

"We have to have a serious talk Ally." Stevie speaking bluntly. Getting straight to the point.

"Okay??" Ally answered back nervous of what it might be.

"I was right about Allie. I was right about everything. She's not safe there. She tried...dammit I can't say because it's not my story to tell. Just,it's more dangerous then I thought. I couldn't live with myself if I let her stay there." Stevie pleaded.

"Stevie. If you're asking if she can move in,of course. I love her she's one if my bestfriends. I tell her everything. It be like having my own therapist in the house. She's constant entertainment too. " Ally said quickly and joyfully.

"Well. Sorta. I was asking if you think I should adopt her?" Stevie  asked hoping she'd hear what she wanted  to hear.

"WHAT??" Ally yelled in confusion.

"I mean. She's 16. If her parents wanted to stop her from moving out they could. If she was mine legally I have that choice. I'd have that right." Stevie spoke abruptly with a serious tone.

"What the actual hell. God,I guess you're right. But you'd have to go to court and you can exactly raise her on her own.. So,maybe I'll adopt her too?" Ally replied feeling positive in her words.

"Are you sure?" Stevie asked feeling as if Ally didn't understand the commitment she had made.

"Of course. It's like how when parents due they raise their younger siblings. But,different circumstances. Kinda. Idk. But I'm up for it. What kinda person would I be if I left her in an unsafe environment? I can't let anything bad happened to her. She wouldn't let anything bad happen to me. " Ally spoke to her in a serious tone. So she'd know she meant it.

"What are you guys talking about" I ask as I wipe away the sand in my eyes.
