Ally and I have gotten up early to get stuff for the party. Mostly just alcohol. But we're getting stuff! We left Stevie at the house. She says we left her to clean alone (we kinda did) but we say it was already clean enough.
We've invited Madison and Steph. Shan and Cammie. Every lesbian we know really. Rose and Rosie both messaged me telling me they're happy that I'm with them now and they can't wait to come back and visit me. Even if we drink together they could get arrested. Just like Ally them being serious is a rare moment. Haha.
Honestly everyone thinks it's for me. I've gotten text from and calls from everyone telling me how happy they are for me and for them. But no one else really knows this party is just a set up for Ally's purposel. She wants everyone to be there. Even Danny. She's the shout my love from the rooftop kinda gal. It's adorably obnoxious really.
Ally's POV
I got little me up early to help me get everything for the party/purposal. I really need her help. Mostly to keep me calm and not do it too soon. Cause I've been dying to do this for so long now. I'm surprised I didn't do it when I woke up this morning. Stevie has been showing me all these cute wedding photos. So I'm pretty sure she's been waiting for it too. I just hope nothing goes wrong. With my luck I'll get up to her and stutter every word. But I know with Nicole helping me I can get through it. She's been the so great ever sense I met her. She's been there for me when she was going through her worst. Now we get to go through the best together. I'M SO EXCITED. JUST SO EXCITED.End of POV
Later at the party.
Everyone has been giving me hugs. Telling me how strong I am how proud they are of me. That they couldn't imagine being in my shoes. Which is getting a tiny bit annoying. I'm not strong,I just survived. But I'm happy everyone is happy for me. I appreciate it. But it's killing me that I haven't been able to tell anyone about bigger me's plan. (Ally and I say that about eachother due to the first name when she doesn't want to call me Nicole) All I want to do is talk about how incredibly cute this is. Especially sense it has to do with the very beginning.
In my room I have hidden a yellow rose dipped in red. Just like the one Ally gave to Stevie ages ago. The meaning of the rose is a friendship turning into love. To remind Stevie where it all began. Which is what i get to give and explain to Stevie. Beside of it another rose is layed. The one Ally is to give her. It's a deep red with a yellow ribbon tied to it. Also attached to the ribbon is the ring. The deep red indicated deep love. The yellow shows that the friendship has blossomed into an everlasting love. Which I hope turns out really romantic cause Ally and I both suck ass at explaining deep shit like this.
Later that same night.
Everyone, may I have your attention for a second?
Everyone silinced and looked to me. It was time to ask the question. I looked to Ally to make sure she was sure she was ready. She looked at me and with a simple look. I knew she was telling me yes.
"Stevie." I approached her with the rose. She looked at me confused. "This rose is a symbol of where this family of ours began. I'm not sure anyone knew a simple rose was the true start of where all three of us began. Ally gave you a rose just like this. The yellow dipped in red means a friendship growing into love. You might not have known at the time but Ally was really hitting on you." I said making everyone laugh. "It started with a rose. A simple thing. That I'm so happy to have grown into. To be blossoming into such a beautiful family that I couldn't ask more from. That has simply made me the happiest girl on the planet. But I think you're about to make someone a whole lot happier." I say as I began crying overwhelmed with how happy I truly was to be here. I look around before Ally gets up to realize just about everyone else begun crying as well.
"Stevie, like Nicole said. It all started with a rose. I'd like to continue it with another one. As you can see this one..it's a bit different. This time it's red with yellow. This shows that our friendship has truly blossomed into an eternal love. This is a family that I'm happy to have made with you. That I'm hoping to blossom into a long future. Stevie Beobie take this rose and this ring. Will you take me as your wife along with it?" Stevie ask not skipping a beat. Not a stutter or a single mistake. Everyone is in tears.
"Yes Ally, a million times yes!"
Stevie jumps into Ally's arms and Ally keeps turning her around. Just like they turned my world around. Almost every girl is bawling at what was the most beautiful thing I had ever seen.Ally puts Stevie down. "Get over here kid. You're apart of this whole love thing too." Stevie calls out to me urging me over there.
I walk over to them with tears of pure joy streaming down my face. We're all hugging eachother never wanting leave this moment. Never wanting to leave the security of it. Never wanting to leave a moment filled with nothing but hope, potential, love. But the moment had to break for the future we had so much hope for to begin.
Everyone was congratulating us all. Telling Stevie and Ally how good they were together. Everyone especially teased Shannon and Cammie for not beating them to it,which I didn't understand. I mean why them? But I let it go.
We were all happy. And we'd continue to be for a very long time. I found a home. We all found a family. We all found an unconditional love. We all found eachother.
