"Dhruv, did you see Nehan? I can't find him anywhere," said Nandini.
"Check your dad's room," said Dhruv, turning to the other side.
"Why will he go there?" asked Nandini.
"You ask a lot of questions, let me sleep for some time," said Dhruv, pulling Piya towards him.
"She is awake, you can't make her sleep now," said Nandini.
"My small girl will sleep with me for some time," said Dhruv, covering them with a sheet.
"I need to search for Nehan," said Nandini, walking outside.
She went to Abhi's room and saw Nehan was sleeping peacefully and asked, "when did he come here?"
"Last night, he got hurt so he came near me," said Kusum.
"He should have come to me," said Nandini and saw a bandage on Nehan's arm and tears welled up in her eyes.
"Will you stop it, never get tired of crying like a small baby," said Kusum, irked.
"Why does he always get hurt?" asked Nandini, wiping off her tears.
"Because he is a boy, one day these things are going to make him strong," said Kusum.
"I don't want him to be strong, he is good as he is," said Nandini, kissing his forehead.
"Will you let him sleep and take Aadi with you?" asked Kusum.
"He is still sleeping, why do you want me to take him with me?" asked Nandini.
"Because as soon as he wakes up, he is going to cry out loud and it can disturb Nehan's sleep," said Kusum and Nandini nodded her head as okay and took Aadi in her arms and walked towards her room.
"Charles, ask her to sleep in another room, we three are not fitting in one bed," said Barbara.
"Adjust for a few days, she is going to return in some days," said Charles.
"Why do you want me to adjust when there are rooms available?" asked Barbara.
"Because I want to spend time with my daughter, if you have so much problem with her, why don't you shift to another room for some days?" asked Charles.
"Are you crazy? You want me to shift to another room? Have you lost your mind or what?" shouted Barbara.
"Why do I feel like they are fighting?" asked Tara.
"She doesn't want to accept his kids and he doesn't want to leave his kids," said Kusum.
"We need to make her understand," said Tara.
"It's not that easy to make someone understand that they are not their enemies, when they resemble their enemies," said Kusum and Tara looked at her confused.
"Emma, resembles her mom," said Kusum and Tara looked at her in shock.
"Yes, maybe that is why Emma hates her the most," said Kusum.
"God save that poor child," said Tara and left from there.
In the evening, when Dhruv returned, he saw Chirag and Nehan were playing and asked, "how is your pain now?"
"It's hurting a lot, I am not going to school tomorrow," said Nehan.
"It's okay, you can take a leave, I will talk to your teacher," said Dhruv, changing his clothes.
"I will also take a leave, you talk to my teacher as well," said Chirag.
"Go and take permission from your dad, I am not going to talk to your teacher," said Dhruv.
