"She was my mom," said Devika.

"Sorry for your loss dear," said Sagar.

"Can I ask you something else?" asked Devika.

"You can, but don't go here and there and make people around you suspicious about you," said Sagar.

"I am really sorry about that," said Devika.

"Why didn't you inquire at the reception, they are very friendly, they would have helped you," said Sagar.

"I was not sure, what if they would have declined?" asked Devika.

"Forget the past, now tell me what else do you want to know?" asked Sagar.

"I want to change the department, I want to be a part of the surgical team," said Devika, and Sagar started laughing and Devika looked at him confused.

"Dhruv was removed from the surgical team and after fighting for three long years he was back in that team, he is not going to leave that position, but I can help you with something else," said Sagar and Devika looked at him confused.

"I heard your conversation with Karan and I thought of giving you one offer," said Sagar, forwarding the envelope to Devika.

"What is the offer?" asked Devika, opening the envelope.

"Assistant for Dr. John of the surgical team," said Sagar.

"Are you kidding?" asked Devika and read the offer letter and looked at Sagar in shock.

"If you don't want to do that, you can say no," said Sagar.

"Why will I say no, I am going to learn so much from him," said Devika.

"You should go now, they might be returning to their rooms, don't make them suspicious again," said Sagar.

"I will not repeat my mistakes again, I thought of not troubling you all and was committing mistakes, it was just my innocence," said Devika.

Jehan who was listening to their conversation walked towards his room smiling and thought, "she is an idiot, she could have asked it directly," and laid on bed and closed his eyes and after some time Devika came inside and closed the door.

"Where were you last night?" asked Jehan.

"I was feeling thirsty and there was no water in the room," said Devika.

"What else do I have to know?" asked Jehan.

"Sagar uncle offered me one post and I am planning to accept it," said Devika.

"You look happy today," said Jehan.

"You wanted to know why I am here right?" asked Devika.

"If you are comfortable," said Jehan.

"My dad said my mom died and he said she was killed by the hospital team, because of the hospital's negligence she died," said Devika.

"So you were here for revenge?" asked Jehan.

"No idiot, I just thought of knowing the truth, because I never trusted dad, don't forget I hate him and I don't trust him," said Devika.

"Then you could have spoken with Karan uncle, he would have guided you," said Jehan.

"I am an idiot, I thought they would feel bad," said Devika.

"Now, all the problems solved?" asked Jehan and she smiled and nodded her head as yes.

"If you want to know anything, come to me directly, I will help you," said Jehan, holding her hands.
