"Dad, you know what is the difference between you and your dad?" asked Aadi and Abhi smiled and started looking outside.
"He is sitting in the garden, while you are sitting in your cabin, nothing more than that, you both have stopped working for this company and I am dealing with three people's work alone," shouted Aadi, putting files on Abhi's table.
"I want to resign," said Abhi.
"Do one thing, you kill me, then you resign, I can't take this much workload and Dhruv has been calling me for a checkup for one month," said Aadi.
Abhi turned and looked at Aadi for some time and asked, "what checkup?"
"Dad, my leg's checkup, they removed blockages, but they already warned that if I will be on my foot for a long time there is a chance of another blockage," said Aadi.
"I forgot, but why are you on your feet all day? Who is asking you to do that?" asked Abhi.
"You both father and son, you want to mourn for four long months, who will take care of the company, who will take care of the projects?" asked Aadi.
"What is going on here?" asked Siddharth and they both turned towards Siddharth and looked at him in shock.
"I am really sorry, am I late for any meeting?" asked Siddharth, walking towards Abhi's chair.
"You are on time, gentleman, the meeting is at 1, and this is the file, be ready, because I have two other meetings scheduled at 12:30 and 2, so I won't be able to attend that meeting," said Aadi, pushing the file in front of Siddharth.
"Abhi, which meeting are you attending?" asked Siddharth, turning towards Abhi.
"I am going home," said Abhi.
"I have canceled all the leaves for two months, as Naina complained the clients are having with our work," said Siddharth.
"You can't cancel my leaves," said Abhi, calmly.
"Gentleman, this is my company, you merged your company in this, still I am the boss here," said Siddharth.
"You can't force me," said Abhi.
"Don't forget your son is standing in front of you," said Siddharth.
"I will excuse myself," said Aadi.
"Dare you step out of my cabin without my permission," said Siddharth.
"Dad, don't you think you are," said Abhi, making a fist.
"You are going to deal with a 2 o'clock meeting as the client wants to work with you, not me or Aadi," said Siddharth.
"I am not in a mood today," said Abhi.
"What if I die tomorrow? Will you stop the work and leave the employees on their own?" asked Siddharth.
"Dad, stop it, nothing is going to happen to you," said Abhi.
"Have you seen my future? Has anyone predicted that Aakash will die?" asked Siddharth.
Abhi went near Siddharth and came on his knees and put his head on Siddharth's lap and said, "I am scared, what if I fail? Dad I am not that strong anymore, I can't save anyone, I can't fight like before."
"Who said that? You are my strong son, I raised you like that, nothing should affect you, not even my death," said Siddharth.
"Don't talk like that dad, I can't live without you, you are my strength," said Abhi.
"I am not your strength, you are your own strength, stop crying like a small baby, till now you have shown people that you are broken with one death, how are you going to deal with my death?" asked Siddharth.
