𝐀𝐍𝐔𝐋𝐈 "𝐋𝐈𝐋𝐈" 𝐆𝐎𝐋𝐃𝐄𝐍 𝐇𝐀𝐒 always been the perfect girl. Straight-A student, captain of the cheerleading squad, and the one everyone turned to when they needed help.
Lili's days were filled with tutoring sessions, planning school events, and making sure everyone around her was happy.
She never said no, and her smile never wavered. She was everyone's friend, the go-to girl, and the epitome of a people pleaser.
She had friends everywhere, and if they weren't her friend she went through everything to make them her friend.
She hated the feeling of losing friends, so she did everything in her power to keep them and make them stay. Even if it meant getting down on her knees and begging.
She constantly walked around with her head held high and her chest puffed out. She always felt the pressure from other people to be good but she never let it get to her head.
She chose to be positive and keep a smile on her face because there were many ways to move on in life. And she chose peace.
"Yo Lili, Dre said you were in charge of the pep rally. Is that true?" Yazmine, a girl from their Step team asked, approaching Lili with a welcoming smile.
Yazmine wasn't the biggest talker and she wasn't the nicest person either. Yet she was nice to Lili, she sympathized with her.
"Yeah, that's true. Why? Did you need something?" Lili questioned, knitting her eyebrows together looking in concern.
"The step team has been getting cut recently and we really need the time to shine. It seems like we've been practicing for no reason" Yazmine said, stuffing her hands into her sweater pocket.
"Oh, well I don't think- please Nuli? We've been working real hard, we won't let you down we just need the platform" Yazmine begged cutting Lili off in the process.
Feeling like she would lose a friend if not, Anuli sighed nodding her head in agreement "okay Yaz, I'll see what I can do. I can't promise you anything"
