"𝐎𝐇 𝐒𝐇𝐈𝐓! 𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐄𝐀𝐔𝐓𝐘 finally woke up," Anuli's dad, Tylan, teased leaning up from the couch, "how was the pep rally?"
Lili blew out a heavy breath as she plopped down on the couch across from him, "very very very eventful"
Leahna put her phone down ready to hear what her daughter had to say about her day. Since it was Saturday no one had to be anywhere and they had all the time in the world.
"Eventful in a good way or bad way?" Leahna raised her eyebrows tilting her head in confusion.
"When has eventful ever meant anything good?" Lili frowned before sitting up and clearing her throat. "It all really started when Yazmine—the step team leader— asked to be apart of the pep rally. Now mind you, we had all the sports and clubs already squeezed into three hours but adding their routine was going to be too much. But I agreed because I always want to give everyone the benefit of the doubt"
"I managed to get them all squeezed into the event which was cool, I had to move a few things around and cut a few segments but everything was cool overall. Now there's these three boys, Notti, Ddot, and Dd. They're always apart of something. Mainly drama but they are really good kids." Lili paused pushing her hair over her shoulders.
"They wanted to come to the pep rally because their brother was apart of it, Jay. And I pulled a few strings to let them in because they deserved to see it."
"The real problems started at the pep rally, Yazmine ended up fighting some girl in the bleachers which caused a whole lot of trouble. And the three boys I just mentioned to you ended up fighting as well, but they genuinely tried to be chill and not fight because they knew how important it was to me"
Tylan shook his head putting his coffee down on the table in front of him. Normally he'd let Lili go through whatever she wanted to go through because he could tell it meant no harm.
