Faithheart is expecting kits!

A blizzard hits the camp overnight.

Jadesky, Smokepaw, Wavepaw (IM SO SORRY. IM SORRY WINGWATER) and Speckledstar (obviously losing only one life) freeze to death.

Wingwater (yeah. Again. Sorry king 😭 ), Angelwing and Rockpaw are grieving. They have only one energy a moon till they recover.

Pollenpaw will now be mentored by Angelwing.

Oakclaw, Sadiesong, Snarlingsnap, Honeykit, Wingwater, Webpaw and Moonwhisper no longer have whitecough!

Lightningsnow, Newtpaw and Faithheart's whitecough has progressed to greencough. It will now cost two herbs to heal. They have only one energy a moon.

Angelwing, Snarlingsnap and Cricketpaw have developed frostbite. They will cost two herbs each to heal and have one less energy a moon till they recover.

Ashkit has become an apprentice! His name is now Ashpaw and he will be mentored by Nectarnose. He gets a +1 in hunting as that was his highest stat at time of apprenticeship.

Sunkit has become an apprentice! His name is now Sunpaw and he will be mentored by Lightningsnow. He gets a +1 in leadership as that was her highest stat at time of apprenticeship.

Snailkit has become an apprentice! Her name is now Snailpaw and she will be mentored by Oakclaw. She gets a +1 in fighting as that was his highest stat at time of apprenticeship.

Honeykit has become an apprentice! His name is now Honeypaw and he will be mentored by Whisperingspirit. He gets a +1 in fighting as that was her highest stat at time of apprenticeship.

Patchkit has become an apprentice! Her name is now Patchpaw. Due to her deafness, Patchpaw has decided her fate instead lies in becoming MossyClan's first mediator. She will be mentored by Speckledstar as he currently has the most relationships.

Instead of Tracking, she will have the stat Mediation. She may use the commands /mediate (cat) and (cat)- this can improve or decrease relationship between two cats depending on the randomly generated success of the command. She may also, in forbidden commands, use /sabotage (cat) and (cat) to lower their relationship.

Arguments will also be introduced! Cats may randomly argue. Arguments will impact training, interactions with other cats and hunting, so Patchpaw will have to mediate them.

She may still hunt and fight but will have a lower success rate (both due to deafness and training as a mediator), and she is not required to do either.

Harmonyleaf watches her remaining kits. She watches as Honeykit practically bounces into the centre of camp, shaking with excitement. She watches as Patchkit shyly slinks forwards. She listens to Speckledstar's murmured reassurance to Patchpaw, and watches as Whisperingspirit touches noses with Honeypaw while casting a glance sideways. Suddenly the world doesn't seem so awful anymore. Harmonyleaf is no longer grieving.
