Olivia and Elliot fell asleep without discussing Elliot's comment. They both slept like crap, especially since Elliot felt bad about bringing up getting Olivia pregnant and Olivia was panicking about not being able to get pregnant. Both wanted to have kids together, but they might have missed their window.

"Good morning," Elliot breathed when Olivia left her bathroom. She gave him a shy smile and tried to keep from blushing.

"How did you sleep?" Olivia asked.

"I slept good, but having sex usually helps me sleep great," Elliot replied, as he grabbed Olivia's hand and tugged her back onto the bed. She slipped closer to him and pressed a soft kiss to his lips.

"Do you want to spend the rest of the weekend here?" Olivia whispered.

"That's the plan, Liv. Do you want me to go home?" Elliot questioned.

"El, things are awkward now. I think to ensure we can stay together, we need to discuss things," Olivia replied.

"Liv, even if I want to have a baby with you, I'd understand if you don't want to have kids with me. We have six kids between us ranging from twenty-two to three," Elliot sighed.

"I have always wanted a big family, but I don't know if that's possible now. I'm forty-two and my biological clock is screaming for me to either get pregnant or give up," Olivia frowned. Elliot rolled onto his side and tucked a few strands of hair behind Olivia's ear. He let his fingers trail across the soft skin of her neck before leaning close, his breath hot on her skin.

"If we want to let nature take its course, I'd happily stop wearing condoms and see if fate will allow you to get pregnant," Elliot breathed.

"We just started seeing each other. Are you sure that you want to get me pregnant?"

"I haven't been so sure about something in a while. We could get started right now," Elliot smiled. Olivia laughed weakly as Elliot's fingers slipped under her robe and touched her bare skin.

"I'll probably be pregnant before you leave this weekend, especially since we know you are incredibly fertile," Olivia teased before gasping as Elliot flipped her on her back.

On Sunday night, Olivia went downstairs and carried her daughter into the apartment before putting her to bed. Once Ella was in her crib and suitcases were emptied, the friends settled together at the kitchen table to drink tea.

"How was Boston?" Olivia asked.

"It was beautiful. The girls had a lot of fun, and Adalynn bought you three gifts," Casey replied.

"We will just assume it makes up for three of the four birthdays we shared," Olivia chuckled.

"Enough about us. Let's talk about you and Elliot."

Olivia blushed as she stood and refilled her mug. She took a few moments to calm down before walking back to the table.

"We had a wonderful weekend," Olivia replied plainly.

"Is that all we get? C'mon! Give us some juicy details!" Alex exclaimed as Olivia's cheeks went red.

"We had sex... a lot of sex. Like one time on Friday night, a handful of times yesterday, and three times today," Olivia replied. Her friends looked at her with wide eyes but large smiles spread on their lips.

"That is insane! I thought sex drive was supposed to drop as you get older?" Casey replied.

"You two are only two years younger than me! Anyway, we had a reason..." Olivia trailed off.

"What's the reason?" Alex demanded.

"We are going to let the universe decide if we will have a baby together," Olivia replied.

"What?" Casey and Alex said in unison.

"We were talking on Friday night, and Elliot said something about taking care of me when I'm pregnant next. It was awkward, but we talked it through and decided that if I get pregnant we will be happy, and if I don't, it just isn't meant to be."

Olivia got her period the next month, but she didn't feel as sad about it as expected. She knew if she and Elliot were meant to have a baby, it would happen. They continued to have unprotected sex when they went out on dates and just worked on their relationship between negative tests.

"We need a bigger place," Elliot spoke six months after he and Olivia started to date. There were only a few weeks left until the younger four went back to school.

"I know. It's hard to find alone time at our apartments when there is always someone else around," Olivia replied.

"Do you want to move in together?" Elliot asked, his arm wrapped tightly around Olivia's waist. They were curled up together on his sofa and tried to watch TV, but they kept talking instead.

"Really?" Olivia replied, her eyes growing wide in surprise.

"Really! We could buy a house together and start planning what our future is going to look like," Elliot smiled.

"It would have to be a big house if Maureen and Kathleen decide to come too. Do you think they'd be fine living with me and Addie?"

"They love you two. We could get a house with a finished basement for the girls to live in. The twins will each want their own bedroom, and then we could put Adalynn and Eli together. Then we'd only need a master bedroom and a room for a future baby," Elliot smiled.

Olivia frowned softly when Elliot mentioned a baby. Each test had been negative, so she was losing hope it would just happen.

"Or we could give Eli and Addie their own rooms..." Olivia trailed off.

"Oh, baby... I'm sorry that I brought it up. I know we agreed to not be disappointed if you don't get pregnant, but it's hard to not be," Elliot breathed.

"When Brian and I left, we had plans to have a big family. We tried for years before doing IVF. Now I'm wondering if I'm the problem... Brian was the one with low sperm count, but now that I'm over forty..." Olivia trailed off as tears burned her eyes.

"Liv, we can look into getting help. Doing IVF helped you get Addie, so maybe it will help us get an amazing little one just like her."
