Teen Romance (Toge Inumaki X Reader)

Today was a cold and rainy day. You stood under your umbrella waiting for the others to come. In the distance, you saw Inumaki coming down the stairs. His hands were in the pockets of his trousers, and he had no umbrella. He came to you and nodded "Kelp."

"Hey, you'll catch a cold come here." you grabbed him by the bicep and pulled him under the umbrella. He did not expect this and almost tripped and fell "My bad, sorry." you let go of his hand once he found his balance again.

You stood in silence, listening to the calming sound that the raindrops made as they hit the umbrella. Your shoulders touched and you tried to ignore this fact. After a few minutes, Gojo finally came. You were not surprised that he was late.

You got into the car and Gojo left you in front of an abandoned hospital. He explained to you that there are small weak curses and one semi-first grade curse. Without saying anything to each other, Inumaki and you entered the building.

It was dark inside and smelled of mold. There were broken windows on the floor. You heard glass breakage noise from a room on the left side of the hallway and you were startled. Without realising you grabed Inumaki's hand. He only looked at you with a concerned look and you let go of him after realising what you have done.

Inumaki motioned for you to wait for him there, and he entered the room. He didn't come out of there for a few minutes and you started worrying.

"Inumaki?" you called out his name. He didn't respond. You walked over to the room not knowing what to expect.

You stopped at the doorframe and smiled at the sight. Inumaki was stroking a black cat. He looked at you for a moment and then back at the cat he picked it up and came towards you. He stopped in front of you and you stroked the cat. Inumaki cleared his throat with a cough and you realised that he wanted you to move away from the doorframe, so you did. You felt a bit embarrassed, but quickly shook it off when you sensed cursed energy.

Inumaki felt the energy too and let the cat go. You went up to the second floor and saw lots of small curses flying in a circle. There were so many that they reached from the ground to the ceiling. Inumaki grabbed you by the shoulder and looked at you, you nodded in response and he walked closer to the curses. You stood still.

He pulled down the zipper of his collar and with stone cold voice he said "Explode!" and the curses did so. In that moment you felt your stomach making a backflip. You found very attractive the way he did his job.

Inumaki turned to look at you, sending shivers down your spine. You approached him, trying to calm down your heart beat. You really wanted to kiss him right now.

"That was impressive." you smiled trying to break the ice between you, but of course it didn't work.

"Tuna." he said and followed with a cough. His throat was sore. He took out of his pocket a small bottle of throat medicine and he sprayed some in his mouth.

"Let's find the big guy and get out of here. This place gives me the creeps." you turned around and walked towards the stairs once he was ready.

It was awkward to be in this place alone with him, knowing that you pictured him naked at least once today "God I'm not better than a man." you mumbled to yourself quietly so he wouldn't hear you.

"Huh?" he stopped and turned around to look at you.

"Nothing." you nervously scratched the back of your neck. Toge turned his back at you and started walking again.

Maybe if I hadn't run away like a little child, things would be very different now, you couldn't help yourself but think. You lost your trail of thoughts when you saw the curse in front of you. The curse was a huge red deformed thing. It looked disgusting.

"My turn." you said and caught Toge's attention. You made a sign for him to step aside and you put on your headphones.

"Power of sound." you put your hands together your palms facing the curse and you created a sphere and shot it against the enemy.

The sphere hit the curse in the stomach, but somehow the sphere didn't explode and it was now coming back towards you.

"Shit." you mumbled and before it could hit you Inumaki pulled you into a room. You heard the explosion and the walls shook slightly. Inumaki reached out and took off your headphones "Mustard leaf?" he asked you his eyes well filled with worry. You just now realised that you were trapped between the wall and Inumaki.

"You just love pinning me against walls, don't you?" you chuckled playfully. Inumaki rolled his eyes and backed away. You put your headphones back on and peeked at the hallway, the curse was still standing in its place. It hadn't moved an inch.

"Power of harmony." you yelled and shot a ray against the curse, but that didn't work as well. The ray was coming back at you "Disco shield" you made an X shape with your hands before your chest and a transparent shield formed.

"Oh fuck it." you rolled your eyes and took off your headphones. You threw them in the air and shouted "domain expansion!"

Your domain was formed and you were in a boxing ring along with the curse and there was a disco ball hanging in the middle. Behind the enemy out of the ring there were two giant speakers. In your domain, you easily managed to defeat it and dismissed the domain afterwards.

After you removed the domain, you regretted that you casted it in first place. Your domain, which was in the shape of a disco ball from the outside, had destroyed a wall that was falling right in front of the stairs. You felt a pair of hands wrap around your waist and pull you from behind. Inumaki had pulled you backwards, and you fell on top of him, into a room just as the ceiling of the hallway collapsed and closed your exit.
