Levi: ugh idk...depends on what time i guess

Loser: we are leaving at 9 am

Loser: It will give you an excuse to leave your brother-fun-day...

Levi: damn way too early...

Levi: How do you know that? Are you spying on me?

Loser: no its not

Loser: Lucien told me

Levi: I thought i need to call a the cops because of a stalker

Levi: everything before noon on a sunday is a crime

Loser: you're not that interesting

Loser: that's untrue

Loser: there is traffic brainless

Levi: I am offended

Levi: yes it is

Levi: Which beach do you want to go to? There is one literally 10 min away

Loser: We are going to Laguna beach. It's an hour away + traffic

Levi: 🙄 (rolling eyes)

Levi: as long as i don't have to drive and you bring me an energy drink

Loser: Sure 🙄(rolling eye)

Loser: Jackson is driving

(Next Morning)

Missed call from Loser

Loser: Bruhhh

Loser: You awake?

Loser: Its 8.30am

Levi: Yeah now

Loser: Can I come over to eat breakfast? My parents are cleaning the house and I'm being evicted.

Loser: I will bring you breakfast too

Loser: Do you prefer a monster or a rockstar?

Levi: Geez you don't need to make up such a weird excuses to come over and see my brother

Levi: That food better be damn good...

Levi: Rockstar

Loser: I don't need to make up an excuse

Levi: sure 💀(dead emoji)

I opened the door to find Alex standing there, a plate of food in one hand, an energy drink in the other. "Here," she said with that usual attitude, handing them over.

Rolling my eyes, I stepped aside to let her in. "Where's everyone else?" she asked as she walked in.

"Lucien's still asleep," I shrugged. "And you don't need to lie. I know why you're here."

She shot me an exasperated look. "Not everything revolves around your brother. My parents kicked me out, remember?"

I nodded, still unconvinced. We sat down at the counter on the high stools. The food did look good, but nothing could beat Mom's cooking.

"Do you want a coffee?" Alex speaks up.

"No, do you want one? Should I make you one?"

"No but Josy is at Starbucks and wants to know if we want something." "Oh no, I am good at this" I say as hold up the energy drink. We sat in a companionable silence for a few minutes, both of us trying to wake up fully. It wasn't long before Jackson finally strolled in, looking way too cheerful for this early in the morning.
