The multiverse is extravagant, full of infinite possibilities for you and your friends. In one timeline, you could be living a rich life and be an iconic movie star that receives oodles of respect and attention, in another you could be broke and have nobody lay a single eye on you as they stride away to fixate on their own endeavors.
I am no stranger to such an omnipresent factor, I've been around the multiverse, that was my first journey as a hero. My name is Daisuke, I am the leader of Team Azure and a Saiyan of the Rogue class.
At first starting off as 4 different variants hailing from separate timelines, our numbers increased over time. Enemies turned into friends, my secretary showed she could lead a team in my absence, thus promoting her to a team member, and well, we met two other versions of myself, a technopathic blue macaw, and a Taekwondo fighting human that hits the streets.
We've faced transcendental entities, that have sought to decimate or remake the multiverse and beyond it's higher dimensions, my Mobian variant refers to these sorts of individuals as "High Outerversal+ tier threats". While I do not exactly thoroughly comprehend his nerd data talk, I have reason to believe he is correct on that statement, he is the smartest on Team Azure after all.
We do not just punch things and show off our unique powers like some fighting game character in practice mode, Team Azure does it's best to defend the multiverse from threats that seek to decimate and or control it.
A majority of us only kill when it is necessary, meaning if we perceive villains as barely dimension destroying, they just get sent to jail. Anyone above that level of power? It depends, misunderstandings happen, but nine times out of ten, we destroy
I learned that it does not hurt to be careful when facing others, if I let my guard down for even a moment, I know that the villain I am facing will wreak havoc. Iris AKA The Master displayed that for me, he almost destroyed New Suramar, our base of operation, out of jealousy and it was my responsibility to detain him.
Tch, whatever provoked his, or rather HER, jealousy, was just petty. Wanting to show us up? ha! What was Iris? A high school teen seeking engagement on the internet? If she stayed in her own lane she would not have faced such a gruesome fate at the hands of Cielssia.
