The Love Affair (Complete)

Chapter 3

Branch and Poppy spends the evening together and intense passion shows up.

They drove for about 10 minutes and came to a familiar area and she was surprised when they turned into a parking area, he smiles got out and opened the door for her.

She smiled and got out. ''Woah you live about a block away from me.'' She smiled at him.

''Well what a surprise, I could of gotten a bigger condo but this one I like better its got room but its not over the top large.'' He smiled and held her hand as they went inside.

Once inside Poppy looked and instantly fell in love with his condo and how much of a batchlor pad it was.

''Dang you've done well for yourself.'' Poppy praised, the place had a cozy home like feel to it where her home was stiff, boring, and lonely. She looked around and saw some of his pictures of him and his grandma she smiled at the happy picture of them.

''Thanks its not much but its home to me.'' He unbuttoned his shirt and took off his belt on his pants and came over to her.

''Its wonderful.'' She smiled.

''So you hungry at all?'' He asked smiling and staring into her eyes.

''Yes please.'' She said staring back into his eyes both getting lost in each others eyes.

Branch pulls back blushing, ''You still eat pizza right?'' Looking anywhere but at her.

''Yes never changed.'' She shook her head and sat down watching him on the phone and he hung up.

''Do you need to be home at a certain time?''

''No there nothing for me there anyway.'' She sighed sadly.

''Want a drink?'' He asked.

''Yes please.''

He was getting them drinks and she watched him, gods he was handsome she was drooling over his body he had muscles and he had 4 pack abs and she wanted to run her hands over his bare chest, she it her lip she knew these thoughts were wrong but she was still in love with him and again wondered how his hands would feel on her.

He noticed her looking at him he was happy to have her here and he was watching her from the corner of his eyes, she was beautiful and he felt himself fall in love with her all over again, he silently sighed he would never be able to have her but he could pretend for now that she was his and he wanted to touch, hold her in his arms and kiss her passionately he didn't know if he could control himself.

Poppy got up and went to look at the other pictures one of the of them at the carnival smiling and arms around each other, and one with the snack pack as well, with a bunch of pictures of him and her from their childhood up to their teen years with the snack pack as well. She felt him come over and she turned taking the drink from him. ''You kept them all?''

''I did I wasn't gonna let go of what were the happiest time of my life, no matter how hard I tried to let it go.'' He said sitting down on the couch.

She sat next to him, ''Yes so many memories, I do still go out to see my dad, you should come with me sometime.'' She said sitting down her drink and leaning in.

''I would love that.'' He places his glass down as well, he leans in and they meet with a kiss for a minute, Poppy pulled away blushing and lips tingling, Branch blushed and pulls away.

''Sorry I-I wasn't--'' He was cut off by her lips on his with more force, he kisses back he pulls her closer, his hand went around her waist and the other hand behind her neck massaging it gently, they continue making out her hands went to his chest feeling his torso moaning as he moved his hand down to her thigh feeling it as smooth and soft as she falls against him they moaned as her tongue licks his lips as they start french kissing touching each other with slight carresses neither wanted it to end. Poppy couldn't remember feeling this good only when she was with Branch

The door bell rang pulling them out of their love bliss and Branch went and paided the pizza troll, then sat down next to Poppy as they started eating and drinking, they continued talking. An hour later Poppy's head was resting on Branch's chest as his arm was around her holding her, she sighed feeling happy.

''You know I've never stopped thinking about you.'' Poppy said her fingers playing with his chest.

''I never stopped thinking about you neither Poppy, you were my true love and that hasn't changed.'' He said kissing the top of her head.

''So why didn't you come to meet me at the tree I sent you a letter for you?'' She asked looking up at him.

''What letter? I never got a letter, I heard about you and Creek and I was about to come find you but your dad stopped me and told me that you were so happy to get married and that seeing me would make you sad and he didn't want you to be sad and well he didn't care for me and said that I was invited if I wanted to come and well I decided to leave you a note and left with my grandma she needed real help anyway.'' He said.

''I was heartbroken when I got your letter I knew there was more then what you and the snack pack said, I wanted you Branch I would of ran away with you to avoid getting married you were the only one for me, but I can't believe my dad would do that.'' She shook her head.

''It started out for the best I got a better job and now I ran into you.'' He kisses her lips again.

She kisses back her hand pulling on his shirt, and her other hand stroking his hair as he moans they stay like that for a bit then pulled away and Poppy sighed.

''What's wrong?'' He asked cupping her face.

''I-I have to get home as much as I want to stay here.'' She groaned still leaning into him.

He nodded and let her go as hard as that was. ''Um can I come back tomorrow?'' She asked.

''Of course you can I'll be home by 5.'' He nodded and blushes and stood up walking with her to the door and she grabbed his shirt and pulls him in for another quick passionate kiss.

''Wait Poppy are you sure about this I mean it could ruin your marriage and I don't know if I can control myself.'' He said holding her hand.

''I want this Branch I know its wrong but I've felt more here with you these few hours then I did with Creek during our whole marriage, is this ok with you?'' She asked.

''Yes I want this Poppy I don't want to let you go.'' He said.

''Great see you tomorrow.'' He kisses her and watched her leave feeling happy and excited.
