(I hope you guys enjoy the chapter, this chapter is focused more on Y/n's past a little. I want to make a bridge between him and Frieren so that they will build a bit of a better relationship. (Y/n Pov)

Y/n was walking over to the girl who was crying over her brother.

Y/n: Would you stop whining already he's not dead. I just knocked him out.

The girl then looks back at Y/n.

Y/n: Now tell me, what are two dragonkins doing out here?

The girl wipes the tears from her eyes. She then bows in front of him.

???: We came here to look for you.

Y/n: Are you sure about that, it seems like whoever that is came to do something else.

???: Please forgive my brother, he looks up to you. Whenever he gets into a fight he doesn't think things through after that.

Y/n: I can see that.

Y/n looks the girl and boy over and notices the dragon crest on their clothing.

Y/n: You must be the queen's children? Not every dragonkin can walk around with the family crest on.

Natsumi: Yes sir, we. I am Natsumi DragKnight the 4th child of Queen Adalinda DragKnight. He is the 2nd child of Queen Adalinda DragKnight, Natsu Dragknight.

Y/n: Listen I'm going to be honest with you. I have no clue who that is.

Natsumi: What!?

The girl had a look of shock on his face.

Natsumi: The Dragon Queen of the Skies, The Queen of lighting, The Dragon of purple flames.

Y/n tills his head.

Natsumi: Really nothing!

Y/n: Listen, kid, I have seen plenty of dragons and dragonkin in my lifetime. I have also killed plenty of them too, I don't have the energy to remember everyone I pass by in my life. Do you have like a picture of her or something?

Natsumi: Uhhh? Nooo.

Y/n: Oh well then.

Y/n puts his ring back on and begins to walk away from them.

Natsumi: Wait, please! It is urgent!

Y/n: Not my problem.

Natsumi: Please it's about the seal you placed long ago.

Y/n paused for a moment.

Y/n: Tell your Queen if it is who I think it is to come and see me herself instead of sending a child to do her work for her.

Y/n then continues walking leaving the girl behind.

Y/n: "Has that much time passed already?"

Y/n sighs as he walks in the direction of Frieren's location.

(2 hours later)

The sun is starting to rise, Y/n soon finds himself walking through a field of corpses. He looks up ahead and sees Frieren, Fern, and Stark along with another person. Y/n was walking through avoiding stepping on the empty armor.
