It was the bim, the Alpha king, he was here. I watch tge manner of the queen switch in a second as she rearrange her clothes and walked towards him.
I stood up from.tge ground, as i wanted to egtbout of the room, inkmee the Alpha was mad, and pissed off looking at him, as he glared at Anna.
"You stay!" he ordered me as the last person left the room, Anna was frozen where she stood as she turned and gave me a look of disgust.
"Mate, what may i do for you," Anna said repeating her cheerfully mode as if she wasnt trying to strike me again, i looked at her as i rolled my eyes.
"Don't you dare tempt me Anna, why were you abusing the human soon as she woke up from her coma, what is the meaning of this!" he snapped at Anna who stoop there looking at him.in fear.
"She deserved it, she humiliated and insulted me, ioy called her here to welcome her and introduce her to my inner court," Anna said as i fume as i heard her, she brought me here to mock and insult me.
"That too low for you, to lie, when it is not true, you brought me here to abuse me and turns out i wouldn't stand for it, and you saw fit to beat me up, if the Alpha king haven't come you...." i yelled out without fear as i looked at her, while her eyes widen.
"Silence human!" The king snapped at me, and i looked at him, as he adverted his eyes from me, and kept a close look at Anna, who couldnt looking at me.
"You speck when i ask you to, and watch how you speck to the queen, she is the queen," he defended me and i could see Anna face lit up in a smirk, while scolf.
"Now you Anna, i would not tolerate you, beating, humiliating, or any form of abuse on the human, no matter  what she is now a Luna due to the marking, and she is my mate, you will treat her with respect, im i clear," the asked in anger.
"Yes alpha," she responded and she bowed her her while glaring at me.
"Good, now human return to your quarters," he said as i walked out of tge room with my head down, he had defended and also put an end to Anna bullying before it even began.
He never for once met my eyes, back there at the hall, as he glared at Anna.
Soon as i walked out, i saw liian already waiting for me outside, soon a she saw me she smiled at me, as i return the smile.
"Hope your okay?" she asked and i bobbed as we started walking back to our quarters.
"I am, seemed your Alpha, out and end to queen Anna bullying," i said and he widen and she smiled.
"Then you must be lucky, the king never intervene when she bullies someone," she whispered ti me and i raise a brow at her.
"Why, i mean he defended me just now," i asked confused.
"They have been rumors going around since your arrival, that the king have a soft spot for you, do you know he stayed in your room for three days and never left, since he brought you back, you needed to see how mad tge queen was," Lillian infoemd me and i froze as i looked at her in confusion.
"What?, why would he do that,?" i asked da si looked at her confushed, i remember waking up and seeing him sitting there watching me in darkness.
"Maybe he was watching me scared i was nothing but a pretender who..." i groaned as i stopped specking it didnt even make sense to me.
We entered the room which came to know as mind, as i say on the bed.
"What would you described the relationship between the king an queen?" i asked Lillian as she stood before me.
"Yiu know you can actually take a sit, you don't need to stand," u said as she looked datvme and sat beside me.
"Thank you so much, you may be human but you outrank me, and their relationship is shitty, they king doesn't care about the queen, he doesn't see her and he aviods her and only with he in public eye, but it the maids knows this, so that why every one was shocked by his attitude toward you," she tells me as i adsorbed this information.
