*EL'S POV*

I wake up in a truck bed, staring at the sky. I look down, I'm covered in smeared paint and my hair is still wet. I smile at the memories of last night. I look over at Nash, who is sleeping soundly next to me.

I reach over, tangling my fingers with his and closing my eyes again. The next thing I know I'm pulled into him, his arms encircling me.

"Did you have fun last night?"

"More than fun. It was amazing." I reply, wiping the hair out of my face.

"We should probably clean up and start packing for home."

"Yeah."

We were going to go to NC to go visit Nash's family, and then go back to Arizona to see mine. The best part being that Rose wouldn't be there. She moved out to LA, but ended up meeting some dude and being happy. She of course had to call Nash and tell him.

I released myself from his grip and got into the car, waiting for him to follow. We started driving home, me singing at the top of my lungs and Nash laughing at me.

"Could you drive maybe?"

I look over, confused.

"Yeah, sure."

He pulls over, letting me slide into the drivers seat as he walks around the car.

"Are you ok?" I ask as he gets in.

"Yeah I think so. Im just getting a little dizzy."

I nod my head and start driving. When I look over at him again, he's barely even awake. I turn around and head towards the hospital, I don't need him getting hurt or sick again.

I park the truck and help him out of the car. When I walk in, I immediately see his doctor and call out to him.

"Could you get him a room or something? He says he's dizzy and I don't know if that means anything or not."

"Nash, how do you feel otherwise?"

"My back hurts and so does my head." He mumbles, confusingly looking at the people around us.

"Let's take him for some more X-rays."

They give him a wheelchair and take him away, and I'm left waiting, once again, for something to happen.

About 2 hours later, I'm pretty dang worried. One nurse gave me some jello, but it tasted like leafs, and I threw it away. That's about as exciting as it's been.

"Excuse me, do you know anything about a Nash Grier?"

"Um hold on for one moment please."

The front desk lady types something in, and nods.

"Room 456."

I walk down the halls until I come upon his room. I knock, then open the door to Nash sitting on the bed and the doctor looking at X-rays.

"What took you so long?" Nash asks, a worried look on his face.

"No one told me you were done. I'm sorry." I say, sitting beside him on the bed.

"Your..."

"Boyfriend."

"Your boyfriend has a small fracture at the base of his spine. The crack has slowly been growing as it has seemed, for awhile now.

"So this happened when his seizure happened?"

"Before that probably."

"And you didn't find it?"
