"Oh my God, that means you guys didn't hear us!? I was so scared you guys-" Jane...
Aro stared off into space for a moment before letting out a heavy hearted sigh. He looked at me then back to Bella.

"That's true... Felix." Bella! That's when hell broke loose. I turned around, just in time to see the pulchritudinous man take a step forward, before Edward lunged at him with inhuman speed. He rushed at Felix and grabbed him by the throat before proceeding to slam him into the ground. I couldn't help but gasp out, feeling eyes on me as the noise escaped from me involuntarily, as I continued to watch the pair fight in a daze. Watched him in a daze.
I bring myself out of it, noticing something blur past me. It was Alice, her being stopped by the shorter man from earlier, holding her by the throat to make her watch as her brother and Felix fought. I ignored those two, looking back at Edward and Felix. Felix... His face scrunched up in anger before his hand shot up and slammed into Edward, causing him to fly back from the force. I could almost smile, but knew better. Knowing the situation we were in.
I noticed another blur, and it took me a moment to realize it was Felix. He had used his speed to meet Edward at his landing spot. He raises his hand up and grabs him by the throat before slamming Edward into the ground, the floor tiles, as well as part of Edward's face cracking from the extreme force.

Felix stands up, Edward needing a minute to recover from the blow, and turns towards Bella and I. His eyes barely even look in my direction, a death glare in his eyes before turning and focusing his full attention to Bella. I growled out, and stepped closer to Bella slowly. No matter how much I found myself being pulled to him, I wouldn't let that interfere with protecting my sister. My eyes narrowed with fierceness. His face suddenly shifted into a complex look rather than the ire face he just held moments ago. He growls out threateningly, but for some reason he avoids attacking me.
Our eyes met, trying not to visibly stiffen as they do. His eyes were the most gorgeous shade of red, full of deadly intent but.. Nothing compared to the others in the room. So captivating, they almost distracted me from everything else in the room as they started to darken, turning to black. So.. they have black eyes too..? He looked to be struggling, as if fighting himself. Some unknown force he was internally battling with. He growled, a more threatening one than before, before he rushed forward, aiming his sights on Bella once more. His vampire speed was too quick for me to process in time.
