I came out of the bathroom, still fuming from my encounter with Lunar, or "Chicken" as I liked to call her. She was still standing there, smirking at me. I turned to her and said, "You know, I've been calling you 'Chicken' behind your back." Her expression changed from smug to shocked. "What? Why?" I shrugged. "Because you're always pecking around, trying to get a rise out of me. And honestly, it's fitting." Her eyes narrowed. "I don't like it." I smiled sweetly. "Tough. It's stuck now." Jessy, who had been watching the exchange, burst out laughing. "Oh, this is good. You got a nickname, Lunar!" Lunar's face turned red with anger, but I just turned my back on her and walked away, Jessy by my side. "Let's go, I need some fresh air." As we walked away, I could hear Lunar's voice behind me. "This isn't over!" I just smiled and waved without turning back.
I rolled my eyes and dragged Jessy away from the bathroom, trying to shake off the encounter with Chicken. "Ugh, that girl is something else," I muttered. Jessy raised an eyebrow. "What happened? You look like you've seen a ghost." I sighed. "Chicken. She's just... ugh." Jessy giggled. "Oh, I know the feeling. But anyway, let's get out of here before she finds you again. We ordered a bunch of snacks and sat down at a table, munching away. Just as we were enjoying our food, Chicken appeared out of nowhere, a smug grin on her face. "Hey, beautiful. Enjoying your snack?" I glared at her. "What do you want, Chicken?" She shrugged. "Just thought I'd keep you company. You seem to be avoiding me." Jessy stood up, her eyes flashing. "Back off, Chicken. She's with me." Chicken raised an eyebrow. "Oh, I'm shaking in my boots." I stood up, my heart racing. "Jessy, let's just go. This isn't worth it." But Jessy was having none of it. "No, I've had enough of her crap. Chicken, listen up. Leave my friend alone, or you'll have to deal with me." Chicken snorted. "You think you can take me down? Bring it on, Jessy." I groaned, knowing this was about to escalate. But before things could get out of hand, I grabbed Jessy's arm and pulled her away. "Let's just go, Jessy. Please." We walked away, leaving Chicken and her drama behind. But I knew this wasn't the last I'd seen of her...
