Lunar's pov -->
As I walked into the lecture hall, I spotted her sitting in her usual spot, thinking she was incognito, but I could see her just fine. My stomach did a flip, and I couldn't help but chuckle to myself. I brushed off the feeling and headed to my designated chair, two seats away from hers. I considered approaching her but decided to let her think she was off the hook... for now.
The class went on, and we switched to our next lectures. After a long day of classes, I headed to my favorite spot to grab a snack. My friends were already there, buzzing about the upcoming gala dinner event. I had no idea what they were talking about, so I asked, and they teased me about living under a rock since everyone else seemed to know about it.
As they discussed who would ask who to the gala, they all turned to me, and I asked what they were staring at. They burst out laughing, saying I was the only one without a partner. I assured them I had someone in mind, and they exchanged knowing glances. "Oh, we know you're going to ask your stubborn chick!" they said, cracking up. I played it cool, and we changed the subject to football, girls, and random stuff.
But deep down, I knew they were right. I had my eyes on her, and I was determined to make her mine. Little did I know, she had no idea what was coming her way...
