Gotham City, the capital of Crime, every time the sun goes down, the criminals come out, some have learnt to break the law during the day however, thanks to the Batman, people are scared of the Night in Gotham, their are a few that still brave the nightlife, some of the more twisted criminals in the City, two of them, call themselves the Dee Dee twins...

Delia and Deidre Dennis, granddaughters to the infamous Harley Quinn, better known for her work with the Joker, thankfully the Clown prince of Crime is no more, he died back in Arkham City, unfortunately, many fans of his has stepped into the spotlight, there's a new Joker, even a Mister J now, all of them are trying to complete the Jokers vision for Gotham but one man's standing in their way.
Delia: You can come out now!
The Twins stood alone in an alley in the middle of the City, they got caught a little while ago, not for anything bad but it could have been worse if they weren't caught by who they were caught by, in exchange for their freedom, all he wanted was a little inside information, just a few notes on the new Jokers of the crew, pretty simple really.
Deidre: We know you're there!
The two girls looked around for any sign of him, mostly on the rooftops but he wasn't up there, he was already on the ground with them and they had no idea, not until he stepped out from the shadows making them both look over to him, Deidre with a little smile while Delia didn't seem as happy to seeing him...

The Batman, well, the new Batman, the other Batman would be pushing his late 40s by now so this has to be a younger guy under the mask, he didn't ask too many questions, just stood there in front of the twins waiting to get the thing he asked for, they had other plans though and felt the need to play with the Batman a little before handing it over.
