Amy agreed! Although it was just a straightforward question about moving in together, Richard felt as if she had just accepted his marriage proposal. He was thrilled at the thought of finally sharing a space with his girl again, but this time it would be just the two of them. They could enjoy the bliss of being like a married couple, creating their own cozy home together!

Even though Richard kept insisting that Amy wouldn't require any of the items his aunt had given her since he had already provided everything she needed, she went ahead and packed all her belongings anyway.

As she loaded the final piece of luggage into the taxi, they set off towards their new home. Richard chose not to purchase a car since their house was nestled deep in the woods. This way, he wouldn’t have to fret about anyone tracking the vehicle or tailing him. Having Amy all to himself in their peaceful home, free from interruptions or annoyances, felt like a dream come true!

During the entire car ride and even as the taxi let them off near the edge of the woods, Amy hummed with joy, and Richard found himself completely enveloped in her melody. He adored every little thing she did.

Upon arriving at the house, Amy was taken aback and filled with admiration. It was a stunning wooden structure, adorned with potted plants outside and surrounded by enchanting butterflies.

Richard asked with a hint of anxiety, "So? What do you think?" His mind wandered more towards the interior of the house, taking in their room, her snacks, and the collection of stuffed animals. The exterior decoration was far from his mind, leaving him uncertain if it would meet her approval.

"I absolutely love it, Richard!" she exclaimed, her face lighting up as she wrapped him in a warm embrace. "This house is adorable!"

He let out a breath he didn't realize he was holding, "I'm glad to hear that. Let's head inside, it's starting to get chilly."
