When he realizes he likes her?
❤Asta had somewhat romantic feelings for Noelle for almost as long as he had known her but he had pushed them down, ignored them, and wrote them off as a faze because he was loyal to his crush on Sister Lily. It wasn't until the Spade Kingdom invasion that he realized that his feelings for her had grown and surpassed his feelings for Sister Lily. Upon returning to the Clover Kingdom, he and some of the others, including Noelle and Mimosa, went with him to visit Hage village. Once he is alone with Sister Lily, with Mimosa and Noel spying from a couple of trees close by, Asta once again proposes to sister Lily again. She rejected him again and he explained that's okay. He just needed to ask her one last time and to ask for her forgiveness as he had fallen in love with someone else.
How did they confess to each other or start dating?
❤Asta confessed to being interested in Noelle and asked her out on a date. Their first date ends up being on Halloween while they are on patrol together.
🩷Even though they had already started dating, it took Noelle a month or two to confess that she too liked him. Though dating him implied her feelings for him.
How does dating go for them?
❤🩷Dating, started off a bit rough for them as Noelle is still super nervous and Asta is overly eager. But with time, love, and understanding Noelle calms down and becomes more used to receiving love and affection and expressing hers in a more healthy appropriate manner. They became closer and closer, went on several dates and missions together, trained and grew stronger together, and became a well-rounded couple.
What are their favorite things to do together?
❤Asta's favorite thing to do with Noelle is to train, travel, and cuddle with her. Asta loves sitting on the couch at the base and just spending time holding her while talking together. Or when they're on missions and have to spend the night somewhere and they sleep on the ground or in the same room.
🩷Noelle loves going on romantic dates with Asta. She loves going to cafes and restaurants with him. He treats her like a Queen and she treats him like a King.
When do they say I love you to each other?
❤🩷You both say "I love you" to each other 6 months after they first started dating. That was also the first time they kissed.
How do they deal with conflicts?
❤Asta is pretty good at not getting angry or too angry at Noelle whenever they get into an argument. Liebe is usually always around to knock sense into him if he thinks he's in the wrong. He will get advice from others such as Yami or even Nozel. After the two calm down and gather themselves together, they do their best to calmly talk things out and act in a more adult manner.
🩷Noelle usually goes to Vanessa and one of the older girls for advice whenever she and Asta have a fight. Sometimes she'll go to Yami, Nozel, or Fuegoleon to try and better understand Asta's point of view. Whenever they get into a fight, she tries to be open and hear what he has to say but will walk away to prevent things from getting too heated if it is needed.
How do they help each other mature and grow while in the relationship?
❤Asta helped Noelle deal with the trauma and guilt she had felt due to her childhood. He helped her grow even more confident and her abilities as a royal. He even helps give her the confidence to train with Nozel and her siblings and to learn from their knowledge and years of experience. He also encourages her to try and start a healthier relationship with her siblings and to become closer to her more distant relatives who also rejected and looked down on her in the past. Asta teaches her what it is like to be loved unconditionally. Asta may not be the best cook but he's better than Noelle and tries to teach her.
🩷Noelle helps Asta to be more well-mannered and understand complex family dynamics. She encourages Asta to investigate more into his mother and learn more about her and who his father may be, but they haven't made much progress. She's also helped him learn to be more polite so he would be more accepted by some of the Nobles. Whenever someone insults him, she stands up to him to the point of even getting into fights and magic duels in his defense. He tells her she doesn't need to.
Do their families approve? If not, how do the family's opinions change?
❤Nozel respects Asta but isn't the biggest fan of him once he starts dating Noelle. Simply spending time seeing them together and seeing how much they care about each other changes his mind and his feelings about his sister dating him. Nebra and Solid take a lot longer to come around. Though Nebra is far more open to Asta and Noelle dating after she starts dating Zora. Solid never really comes around but respects Asta and Noelle's choice to be together and doesn't try to interfere or sabotage the relationship in any way.
🩷Asta's Foster family from Hage all grow to respect and care for Noelle fairly quickly. Especially after she becomes better at expressing herself. Liebe swears up and down that, if Asta's mother Richita were alive, she too would approve of and adore Noelle.
When do they start talking about getting married? When do they know that their partner is who they want to marry?
❤🩷They start talking about getting married about 2 years after they start dating when they're both about 20 to 21. Asta had already realized or decided that he wanted to marry Noelle when he first asked her out on a date. Noelle didn't realize how much she wanted to marry Asta until they had been dating for a while.
What are they like as Adults?
❤Asta is still loud and even impatient at times as an adult but he becomes more calculated. He doesn't jump into danger head first like he did as a kid and he wasn't as loud as obnoxious as before. He was still extremely motivated and creative. He grows a bit taller but is still shorter than Noelle.
🩷Noelle becomes more mature and elegant as she ages. She gets taller, her hair gets longer and she becomes more beautiful. She becomes stronger and more confident in her skills. She rises through the ranks of the magic knights, catching up to Asta and Yuno. With practice and time, she even learned some healing Magic.
When/how do they get engaged?
❤🩷They get engaged when they are about 21-22. Asta proposes after asking Nozel's permission.
Do they actually get married?
❤🩷Yes. They get married in their mid to late 20s.
How long do they stay together?
❤🩷 They never break up. They stay together from the time they start dating until they die.
Do they have kids? How many?
❤🩷 Four.
Are they good parents?
❤🩷 Yes. Eventually, Noelle becomes a stay-at-home mom. The two do their best to spend the most time with them.
