🦅Silva Sibling Headcanon

I mentioned it before but I thought it would be relevant here. This is influenced by the headcanon of their dad being a noble (their mother is the royal one) who descends from the people of the Seabed Temple. The kids get their water magic from him. He was crippled and later died about 5 years after his wife's death. He was a well-respected Magic Knight before he died. He took his wife's name. Acier's Father disapproved of their relationship but accepted them. He started to approve of him more after Acier's death. Acier's father is up there in age but is still the head of the Silva family. He plans to name Nozel as his heir after he gets married.)

1. How did each sibling feel about their past estrangement and treatment of each other?—did they resent it, or were they hurt by it?

NOZEL🢡 feels bad for his mistreatment of his younger sibling and for letting others mistreat Noelle but he couldn't think of any other way to protect them from the curse. If he could go back he would want to do things differently but still doesn't not how he would.

NEBRA⇢ feels lied to and used. She feels bad for all the mistreatment she put Noelle through but is mad that Nozel didn't find a way to tell them the truth sooner and didn't believe she and Solid would be strong enough to help him defeat their mother's killer.

SOLID↣ feels bad for how severely he bullied and looked down on Noelle but still likes teasing his siblings but to a much lesser extent. He is furious at Nozel for not believing him and Nebra could be of help in avenging their mother.

NOELLE↬ has grown closer to Nozel and enjoys spending time with him. She feels on edge about Solid and Nebra but is open to rebuilding their sibling bond. Nebra seems to be making more of an effort than Solid.

2. What was the moment that led one of them to realize they wanted to make up? Was there an event (like a family gathering or crisis) that brought them back together?

🡆 The elf attack on the Silva estate where Nozel apologizes and after killing Megicula and Vanica Zogratis in the Spade kingdom avenging their mother and freeing Nozel from his curse.

3. Who reached out first, and how did the other respond initially?

NOZEL🢡 Nozel apologized first and tried to improve his relationship with Noelle.

NEBRA⇢ Was shocked by Nozel by tried to reach out as well.

SOLID↣ was shocked.

NOELLE↬ was shocked but accepted the others' apologies.

4. How have they changed since their falling out, and what do they notice about each other now?

🢖The biggest change they have all noticed about each other after trying to make up is how mature everyone is. They have all grown emotionally over the years in ways that no one else noticed. Noelle no longer attacks people when she is embarrassed. Nebra and Solid are working on being better at teamwork and leadership. Nozel has opened up about the past, his stress, and his romantic relationship.

5. Did they discuss what caused the rift, or did they decide to let it go without talking about it?

🢫 After his curse was broken, Nozel sat his siblings and other realities down and told them about the past and what caused his actions.

6. How do they act around each other now compared to before the falling out—are they more cautious or open?

NOZEL🢡 Open

7. Do they feel closer than before, or are there still lingering signs of mistrust or distance?

NOZEL🢡 closer.

NEBRA⇢ closer.

SOLID↣ mistrust. He feels betrayed for being left out but still wants to better his sibling relationships.

NOELLE↬ cautiously closer. She loves her family but is afraid to be treated poorly again.

8. What's something the other sibling did during their estrangement that surprised them (a new hobby, friends, or accomplishments)? Are there things the siblings didn't know about each other?

NOZEL🢡 Started dating a foriner. 

NEBRA⇢ Started training and developed feelings for a commoner. 

SOLID↣ Started training with groups more.

NOELLE↬ Has grown more powerful and has started dating Asta.

9. What's one apology or statement that really helped them mend the relationship?

↝ Nozel's first apology to Noelle was what first inspired them to mend their relationship.

10. Do they make an effort to see each other more often now, or do they keep it light?

NOZEL🢡 Makes an effort to check up on his sibling professionally once a month and a dinner or lunch at least twice a month.

NEBRA⇢ sees Nozel and Solid all the time but makes an effort to see Noelle more often. She requests to go on her mission and the two go for breakfast at least once a week.

SOLID↣ makes sure to go to dinners with his siblings once a month. 

NOELLE↬ Started seeing her sibling several times a month and actually enjoys it now. 

11. How do their family or mutual friends feel about their reconciliation?

↠ They are ecstatic to know the truth and to see the sibling growing closer. 

12. What's one way they show gratitude or appreciation for having each other back in their lives?

NOZEL🢡 loves to buy flowers and gifts for his siblings with handwritten notes in them thanking his siblings for forgiving him for his mistakes and for loving him.

NEBRA & SOLID⇢ treats the others better

NOELLE↬ Give the others a chance and also write letters thanking her siblings for the changes they have made.

13. Do they have a new set of boundaries or rules to prevent another falling out?

⇉ No more lies, No more secrets. They must be honest with each other about things going on in their lives. both the good and bad.

14. What do they regret most about the time they spent apart?

NOZEL🢡 How poorly his treatment Noelle inspired the others to treat her poorly too.

NEBRA⇢ blindly following Nozel's lead without ever questioning it or his reasons.

SOLID↣ being so cruel to Noelle.
