Seeing him again

It had been two days since the boys left. Things were quiet here with the occasional paranormal activity. Luckily no more attacks and no more voices or shadow people. Just the occasional knock, footsteps or an item falling over. I had been having casual conversations with Ryan over the phone for the past 2 days which made me like this guy even more to be honest.

It was a warm day today so I had a shower, got dressed into ripped jeans, a black spaghetti strap singlet with a fishnet top over the singlet. I stared around wondering what to do with my day when I noticed Ryan's ring still sitting on my bedside table. I decided to give Ryan a call.

"Heyy y/n what's up?" Ryan said cheerfully.

"Oh nothing, just really bored I guess. What are you doing?" I replied

"Nothing at all, was thinking about having a few drinks and a pool party tonight with the boys and some other friends" Ryan said

"Cool you have a pool, lucky you" I replied

"Well I know you are a couple of hours away but you're invited" Ryan said smiling.

I pause for a moment, was it a good idea? I'm a bit of an introvert.

"Well if I can find a hotel quick enough I'll let you know" I said

"Yeah, okay well I'll text you my address and we can go from there" Ryan said happily

"Yeah okay, that sounds good, well ill talk to you a little later, bye Ryan" I replied.

"Bye gorg...ah y/n, bye y/n" Ryan rapidly hung up the phone

Did he almost call me gorgeous? I laughed it off and relieved the guys address from Ryan. I put it into maps. 2 hours and 17 minutes away. Not bad I guess.

I began to google their area and found a hotel a few blocks away from where the boys live at a reasonable price so I went ahead and booked a room for the night and text back Ryan

I grabbed my small dufflebag and put the essentials in it. Pyjamas, two pairs of fresh clothes for tomorrow and one as a backup, a black lace bikini, a towel, a bikini cover up, pain relief incase of a hangover, a phone charger, my vape, shoes, toiletries and lastly Ryan's ring.

I went into the bathroom and freshened up before hopping into the car and driving to the bottle shop, getting my whiteclaw.
