Saying Goodbye

I wake up and see a beautiful sleeping Ryan, positioned as if he has had an exorcism in his sleep. I laugh to myself quietly and get out of bed without waking him. Picking up my phone, I glance at the time reading 8:34am. Jeez, that's early, I thought to myself. I sneak out of the bedroom and down the hall with a slight limp and a pain in my groin 'I must have pulled a muscle' thought to myself, smiling. I walk into the kitchen and see Wyatt sitting on a barstool, drinking a coffee.

"Morning," I say quietly

"Morning," Wyatt said, smiling

I pour myself a cup of coffee and walk over to the barstool, wincing in swift pain as I sit down.

"What? Bedroom rodeo last night?" Wyatt smirked at me

"Excuse me," I said, choking on my sip of coffee, making Wyatt laugh

"You're lucky River was passed out, or he would be giving you two so much shit," he laughed

"Oh my god, I am so sorry you heard that," I said, burying my head into my hands

"It's okay. We were kind of betting on it," Wyatt laughed again

"You guys bet on it?" I said, stunned

"Yeah, riv owes me $20 now," Wyatt said with a cheeky smile

"Oh my god," I laughed, embarrassed

"Don't stress, I'll stop now," Wyatt said

"Thanks." I smiled

"So what's your plans for today?" Wyatt asked me

"I have no idea, maybe just be lazy and sleep some more, I think," I said, yawning

"Yeah, I feel you, I don't know why I'm awake so early," Wyatt yawned back

"Me either," I said

We sat there in silence, finishing our coffee. We had decided to lounge on the couch and watch re-runs of friends, both eventually falling back asleep on the couch.

I eventually wake up to a kiss on the forehead. I look up to see Ryan standing there looking at me smiling.

"Oh hey," I groaned in an attempt to wake up

"Hey, sorry, I didn't actually mean to wake you," Ryan replied

"No, that's okay, what time is it?" I asked

"1pm," River said, sitting on the couch beside me

"1! Oh my god, I'm sorry, " I said, sitting up abruptly

"It's fine, you and Wyatt have been sleeping for a while, Wyatt only just woke up," Ryan added

I look around and see Wyatt sitting on the floor

"Here, sit on the couch," I said, standing up and limping, still feeling the pulled muscle

"Y/n, it's fine. Rest your muscle." Wyatt laughed, making me blush

"Sore leg?" River asked me

"Oh yeah, I pulled a muscle," I said awkwardly

"Damn, how?" River asked me

"Um, I don't know," I lied, sitting back down and hearing Wyatt give off a quiet laugh

"That sucks," River replied

"Sorry," Ryan said, sitting down beside me

"It's okay," I replied, giving Ryan a playful nudge

"You guys are sus!" River yelled "Wyatt do I owe you $20" River laughed
