The younger clan was sitting on the table having dinner with some chit chats when Vanya spoke up.

" Bhabhi.. Don't be sad. Whatever you said to Preeti was not wrong. She deserved it. She was kinda disrespecting your family so I am happy that you took a stand for them "

" Yes Bhabhi... Your parents scolded you just because she is a guest but internally they too know that you were right. Now light up your mood " Suyash uttered.

" Give me a smile Bhabhi " Akshita murmured and Anisha passed them a small smile which didn't reach her eyes but it was a genuine one.

" See.. How Avi is stealing glances at her. You can stare at her Avi. She is all yours now "

Vihaan uttered and Avi immediately looked up from his plate to Vihaan. Well.. It was true that he wasn't looking at her.

" So? I don't need your permission to stare at her " Avi shrieked with a sarcastic smile.

" And I wasn't looking at her " Avi added.

" But someone was staring at someone right Kartik Bhai? " Yash murmured startling Kartik who was stealing glances at Vanya.

Kartik fake coughed and pinched Yash making him groan.

" What?? You are staring Vanya did I pinch you? Then why are you pinching me? " Yash whined making Vanya's cheek burn.

" Yash shut up! " Avi bragged.

Finishing the dinner both the families see off their guests from the Ranawat mansion giving them return gifts.

" Now we should also leave " Sharmila Dadi uttered.

" Hope you were comfortable here " Anisha's father said walking towards the door with them.

" Of course . The arrangement was so good " Dadi maa said making him smile.

As soon as they walked walked to the entrance they found heavy downpour along with storm and thundering.

" What happened now? The weather was fine few minutes back " Avi's dad exclaimed.

" It's rainy season so we can't say when it will rain suddenly . You all should wait here till the rain ends or you will get drench getting to the car only " Mr. Ranawat suggested.

" And there's a storm too. It's not safe to drive in this weather " Mrs. Ranawat said and the Raghuvanshi family nodded getting back to the Hall.

Minutes turned into hours and still the weather didn't show any change.

" The reporters have been saying that the storm won't stop till morning so you all should take rest " Mr. Ranawat said gaining everyone's attention.

" You are right. We should stay here " Dadi maa agreed.

"Ok then girls show them their rooms and you all please come with me " Mrs. Ranawat said to the elders gesturing towards the room on the ground floor.
