"What?" Sanjana looked at both Nisha and Sarojini who was staring at her from the moment she came down
"Tera pati insaan he hai na?" Nisha asked looking at the purple mark on her neck, even though she wore a high neck they still saw it
"Shut up" Sanjana said pulling her shirt more up, it was Sunday and they all were sitting in the garden while the men were playing badminton
"Mai Tak gayi hu, muje nai khel na" Sanjana said when the men called them again to play
"Toda energy la behen!" Nisha said shaking her but Sanjana acted like she collapsed and they sighted going to play again
This time the other four played while Nikhil came and sat beside her drinking water and forcefully made her also drink
"Nik" he looked at her who was looking front where they were playing "Nisha and Saru asked me something"
"Those two always ask nonsense things, spare me with the details" he said and she laughed, it was true, in 1 and half years of living together they all knew each other very well

"What did they ask?" He didn't get any reply and he looked at Sanjana who zoned out in middle of conversation
"Snap out meenamma" he said flickering his fingers infront of her and she came back to earth
"What was I saying?" He blinked and shrugged "that something this two chinku-manku said to you"
"Oh ya, they asked why am I not pregnant still" he looked at her "what did you say?" She shrugged "I don't know"
"You don't know? That's not a answer, tell them it's too early" he said drinking more water, she scrunched her nose and stared counting
"It's been one year 10 months, damn!" Her eyes widen "gosh, I will turn 29 soon, I am not ready for 30, that's old age" he tinned his eyebrows and looked at her
"Excuse me?" She roasted him unintentionally and she didn't realise it "30 isn't old age" he said feeling weird
"Whatever, I feel people over 30 are ol-" she paused realising the person sitting beside was under the category she was talking about
"-are pretty cool and healthy- yep" she changed her words faster than her clothes, he nodded knowing how she played with words
"I will remember that" he said "Shakti's babies are cute, even she is a mother now" Sanjana said looking at the two little male puppies wandering around
"We will, after a year" he said and she nodded "Simba came" they both rushed towards the door and sighted in relief that he came alone this time
Simba was now a full grown lion, he went to forest sometime for hunting and one time he bought a dead deer home for Shakti and Chico as treat and they were horrified
