He looked at the crying baby in his hands, for the first time his hands trembled, not even when he took Vedant in his hands the first time it trembled but when the doctor said it was girl he started shaking
He saw his wife trembling and fell unconscious soon after the birth because she took exhausted and tied, her body wasn't strong as much as it was at first birth
He was wearing a mask and cap as looked at his daughter who looked at him with her precious blue eyes, just like him, just like her brother
Sanjana's genes didn't try much other than the hairs they both had, dark black, Curly and fully covered like a wig
She held the hospital tshirt he was wearing with tight grip crying her lungs out
He just kissed her forehead above his mask and put her close to his heart and looked at his unconscious wife, he had lost words to speak, she had gone through more painful time than last time, 27 hours of labour wasn't a small thing
He refused to make her pregnant again after he saw how she was in pain but she convinced him anyways just because she wanted a daughter for his wish
They had arguments for days over the matter like every married people go through

"How is she Dr Zaidi?" He had specially called India's one of the best doctors after being in labour for 5 years, Dr Sadiya Zaidi was in jaipur when she got a call, she didn't expect the situation turned that worst that it took hours for the baby to find it's way out
"She is fine, in some cases the mother faints due to immune pain and whatever she has gone through, she will wake up in some hours, the other doctor will take care of the rest" she said going out as her work was done
His shoulder dropped out of relief and he held her hands in his both hands and kissed it
One of the reasons why they don't allow men in the labour is because they weren't strong enough to see that, some get panicked, some faint and some get traumatized
