KILLIAN JONES

I can't believe she agreed to fake date me. Honestly I was only thinking of the sake of breaking the curse, but my my look what I've gotten out of it. A beautiful, fake girlfriend. That I think could turn into something more, well with a bit of charm and by constantly making eyes at her.

I will win her over. It's just a matter of when. She said she's going to "text" David about going out tonight. Whatever that means. Shes driving us to her mother's apartment again in the moment. Not looking at me. Not saying a word.

I don't know why she's so cold with me. I've done nothing but help her. God I hate the way she is. Maybe there's a reason.Maybe I could figure out what the reason is. I've gotten changed into the clothes she gave me for our date. They fit much better than the ones Henry had brought me. I look handsome as always. I turn around. My ass looks incredible.

I walk out of the room and Emmas there. She looks breathtaking. "Close your mouth your drooling." She mutters.

"Apologies, love. I haven't seen you in anything but that jacket and some wenchy rags."

"Oh shut up."

"I'm making an attempt to compliment you here."

She rolls her eyes and takes me to her yellow machine. "Let's go." She drives us to a restaurant, Katherine and David are waiting outside. "Sorry we're late. Killian needed help with his shirt. You know, one hand, buttons. Not really a match made in heaven." She laughs. I put my hand on her lower back. She tenses. I pull her chair out for her.

She sits and grips my wrist so I'll refrain from touching her. David looks... just like Emma. Miserable, this was a bad idea.

"Excuse me." I go to the restroom. I'm gonna stop going after Emma. It's clear she wants nothing to do with me. After tonight I'm leaving her alone and focusing on the crocodile. A minute later David enters the restroom.

"Emma wants to know what you'd like to drink."

"I'll be out in a moment to order." He nods and washes his hands then walks off. I sigh and go back to the table. She gently inches her hand closer to mine.

"I got you a glass of rum, I hope that's alright my love." She looks like she wants to throw up.

"Thank you." She holds my hand. Might as well enjoy one fake night.

The whole dinner runs really smoothly. We say goodbye to them and walk out to Emmas car. As soon as she's sure they won't see us she moves away from me and goes back to being herself. She gets in the car. I don't.

"Hurry up Hook." She rolls her eyes.

"I'm actually gonna go off on my own and take care of the crocodile before you break the curse."

"He'll kill you." She actually sounds sort of worried.

"He won't."

"Where are you gonna go after you kill him?"

"My ship."

"Oh. Right. Well it was nice uh. Working with you I guess. Henry might be kind of heartbroken though."

Oh right. The boy. God this is like Baelfire all over again. "Well I won't be leaving town. I have nowhere to go after all."

"Yeah right. Well night."

"Night. And goodbye Swan."

She nods and sits in her car. I make my way to the ship. I feel like I'm being watched. With every step I turn around to look, there's no one behind me. And then there's a cackle in the distance. "You can stop with the frantic head turning. You're embarrassing yourself."

Cora. "How the bloody hell did you get here?"

"How I got here is none of your concern. The only thing you have to worry about is how you're going to help me."

I scoff. "I won't help you."

"Oh, but you will. Or there will be consequences."

"Whatever it is I'm sure it's being than being on your leash."

She gets a vicious grin. "We'll see about that." She uses her magic to poof someone here. Someone I loved and left. Lottie.

"How is this a consequence."

"Because! You won't remember anything that happened with Emma. You won't remember anything she told you about my daughter. Or her son. To you, she'll just be Deputy Swan."

Lottie kisses me and my eyes are so heavy I can't keep them open. I feel her lay me down on the ground and then everything goes black.
