EMMA SWAN

As soon as I drink the blood the scales disappear and my legs go back to normal. I'm human again. I can go back to my son. With Hook. God I wish he'd leave me alone, but he's my only way back. I stand up and dry my legs.

"Ok lets go." I start walking towards his ship. He catches up and grabs my arm.

"Wait love, we still have one problem." I pull my arm away.

"And that is?"

"Cora." Oh shit her. God that fucking bitch. I hate her and the bitch she created. "I told her to meet me on my ship at noon. We could beat her there."

"We'll have to hurry. She'll probably show up early." We run back to the ship and luckily she's not there. I help Hook get the ship on the water. He throws the bean into the water. Cora poofs onto the boat.

"You didn't think you could leave without me, did you?"

"Of course not." Hook fakes a smile at her and sails into the water. No. No no no no. She cannot come with us. I go below deck. There's a knife. Good. Just what I need. I tuck it into my sleeve and go above deck. Hook and Cora are talking. I sneak up behind her. She holds her hand up.

"Stupid stupid girl." I try so hard to move but she's frozen me. "Hook you really need to get a better handle on your women. I should take this just to be safe." She reaches into my chest. She tries to take my heart but it doesn't work. She's shocked for a second and I'm unfrozen. I push her off the boat right as we go into the portal.

We come out of the portal and I feel like I just drowned. I'm drenched in water. I get a towel and dry off while Hook pulls into port.

"Well goodbye." Fucking finally.

"Swan our deal isn't over. You promised you'd help me kill the Dark One." Fuck did I really say that? Dammit.

"Fine ok we'll start after I've taken care of the curse."

"Ok fine, how do we do that?"

"We? There is no we. There's me." I walk off the ship. Like the lost puppy he is, he follows me.

"Swan please just let me help." I groan.

"If my kid says you can help."

"Your kid? Is he in charge of this whole thing?" I roll my eyes and turn to face him.

"First of all it's Operation Cobra, secondly he just knows a lot about this stuff." I go to the Castle. Hopefully my walkie is still here somewhere and he still has his walkie.

"What are you looking for?" I ignore him and keep looking. Yes! Found it!

"Kid, hey kid it's me. Are you there?" I wait for a few seconds. Damn I guess he doesn't have his.

"Emma you're back!"

"Yeah kid I am, I'm at the castle right now."

"I'm on my way. My mom tried to take my book so I had to hide it." Of course she did.

"Where is it?"

"I can't say over here. I'm gonna get it and I'll meet you there!" I hear the walkie disconnect. I guess I'm just waiting.

"Well he seems interesting." Hook sits next to me.

"Yeah he is. He's the one who brought me here. It was right after I'd blown out the candle on my 28th birthday. I had wished for a family then he knocked on my door." I smile at the memory. I don't know why I'm telling him this.

" Did you grow up without a family?"

"Yeah, my parents put me in a magic tree. It dropped me on the side of the highway. I've been in and out of the foster system my whole life. Got in trouble with the law a lot. I got my act together when my ex framed me for his stolen watches and left me alone and pregnant in jail. Since then I've been a bail bonds person. Well I guess until now since I'm the Savior."

"I have no idea what a lot of that means. But I'm glad you're happier now." I am a lot happier now. I see the kid running up to us. I stand up and hug him.

"I'm so glad you're back Mom." Woah, he called me mom.

"So am I kid."

He looks over at Hook. "Who's he?"

"He's the one who helped me get back."

Henry looks at me and pulls me down. "Does he know about the curse?"

"Yeah he does. He's probably in the book."

"Can we trust him?" I sure don't.

"I'm leaving that up to you to decide."

Henry opens the book. "Who are you?" He looks over at Hook.

"Um Killian Jones. Or probably Captain Hook."

He looks back at me then the book. "He's a pirate. Technically classified as a villain."

"So we can't trust him?" He reads the book.

"I'll give him a chance." Hook smiles.

"I promise you won't regret it." Great. Looks like I'm stuck with him.
