The reading lists on BlackStoriesUnite are the meat and bones of this account. This is where I will categorize and display amazing stories that will hopefully propel the writers to new heights.
HOW TO SUBMIT
1. Use the hashtag #BlackStoriesUnite on the book(s) you wish to submit.
2. Comment the title of the book(s) underneath the reading lists categories you think would suite them the best. Please make sure you include the author's name and tag. Yes, you can suggest your own work. Yes, you can suggest other people's work.
WHERE TO SUBMIT
In the chapter "SUBMISSION CATEGORIES"
Each book can only be featured in a maximum of four out of the total reading lists, but there is NO limit to how many times an author can be featured. So if your book is already added to, let's say, two of my reading lists you can suggest that same book two more times in other categories. However, an author can have a multitude of different books spread across all of the reading lists on BlackStoriesUnite.
This rule is to simply maximize the potential reach that a book can achieve, while not giving any readers burn-out from seeing the same thing. Also, because let's be real, lots of genres overlap.
Submissions are always open, and all submissions will receive interactions on at least the first three in-story chapters. However, submissions are not automatically guaranteed a spot on any reading list due to the eligibility criteria.
