With the arrival of the sunset, the sky had taken on a hue ranging from pink to purple, with a sun that looked like a big bright orange in the distance. The city was then lit up with various neon lights and their reflectors created long columns of light that moved from side to side.

The streets also had a lot of personality. There were music stores, fast food restaurants and arcades everywhere. In addition, the people who staffed these establishments were dressed in colorful attires that were fashionable long time ago.

The place itself was a tribute to past decades. There even was a museum displaying all kinds of devices that were used in those old days, showing the evolution of entertainment over the years.

Once in the city, the girls and I left the train station, but stopped at the entrance to take a look at the scenery.

Amy (smiling): Ahhh... Retropolis. As retro as always.

Tikal (looking around): Oh my... What a radiant place.

Cream: Well... what should we do now?

Amy (thoughtful): Hmmm... I think we should go to the hotel and change clothes. The concert will be in a couple of hours and I wouldn't like to be late.

Cream (taking her luggage): Alright. Let's go there then!

Tikal (taking her luggage): Wait girls. Do not leave me behind.

While the three of us were set towards the hotel, on a clearing outside the city, Tails was trying to hide the Typhoon in between some trees using a remote controller.

Tails (using a remote controller): Alright, no one will find it here.

Rouge and Zeta were standing close by the fox boy, who before getting down from the jet was sporting a colorful flower shirt.

Rouge (looking at Tails): Can you tell me what are you wearing?

Tails (fixing his shirt): It's the best thing I could find before leaving. You're not expecting me to assist to a party with my uniform. Right?

Zeta (looking at Tails): I think it suits you.

Tails: Thank you. At least someone tries not to draw too much attention.

Rouge (reluctantly): Fine, I get it. We can go to a clothes store before going to the concert. *turning around* Let's go, we don't have much time.

Tails (walking): Speaking of... How are you planning to enter Swan Lake without tickets?

Rouge (walking): I have my ways. Leave it to me.

Tails (walking): *Sigh* I'm starting to dislike this mission more and more.

Meanwhile, at the entrance of an hotel called Pixel Dreams, the girls and I were getting ready to leave for the concert.

Cream (sporting a new shirt): Good! We're ready for the party! Isn't this exciting, Tiki?

Tikal (sporting a new shirt): Yes... hehe. By the way, where is Amy?

Cream (looking at her watch): Hmmm... She should have been here already. *Sigh* Why does she always take so long?

Cream and I were dressed with a black T-shirt, which had the Tiffany Skullnote logo on the front. This emblem was white and shaped like a musical note, but its round part resembled a small squirrel skull.

Amy (getting out of the hotel): Hi girls! Sorry for being late, but I couldn't find a skirt that combined with these shoes.

Tikal (looking at Amy): Was it really that important?
