"Let me help you, ma'am." Felix approached Mrs. Han, who seemed to want to cut a watermelon.

The living room is where Jisung, Hyunjin, Chunghee, and Chunghoo are gathered after having lunch. All of them kept praising Jisung's mom's delicious meals.

"Thank you, Felix." Mrs. Han gave him a knife. When Felix sliced the watermelon, Mrs. Han brought a large plate to him.

"I didn't know Jisung had any other friends besides Yoshi." Mrs. Han told him while looking at his son, who was chatting with Chunghee. Meanwhile, Hyunjin and Chunghoo are looking at Hyunjin's phone with serious expressions.

"Jisungie is quite popular though at our college. Even though he is not close with everyone, everyone adored him from afar." Felix stated as he put the cut watermelon onto the plate prepared by Jisung's mom.

"That sounds just like him,"replied Mrs. Han with chuckles. Felix smiles at the woman's statement.

"Do you like him? Like..love, you know." Mrs. Han added, and her gaze was now directed towards Felix. During their meals, Mrs. Han noticed that Felix and Hyunjin frequently glanced at her son.  Their eyes turned soft every time Jisung looked at them, even though her son ignored their existence.

"I do."

Mrs. Han was impressed by Felix's unwavering answer. It's challenging for someone to share their feelings with someone they only know for a short time.

"In fact, he is liked by all of my friends."

"Hmm, interesting."

"Is that okay with you? I mean.."

"I am okay as long as my son is happy."

Felix felt a sense of relief after hearing Jisung's mother's answer. He didn't believe he could easily have a conversation with her about this.

At the same time, Felix began to recall Jisung's father, who had abused him. He had planned to ask that, but when he remembered that they had just met, he changed his mind.

As he drove, Hyunjin occasionally glanced at the boy with freckles sitting next to him. Felix's voice has not been heard by him since they left Jisung's house.

"Hey, is everything alright?" Hyunjin asked because he was very sure that something was bothering his friend.

Felix looked at him with a slight nod.

"I saw you chatting with Jisung's mom." Hyunjin began to conclude that Felix's silence had something to do with his conversation with Mrs. Han.

"I confessed to her that I like her son."

"Wow, I wasn't expecting that!"

"Me neither." Felix chuckled and wondered how he had managed to make such a confession. While he doesn't know what his future is like with Jisung..

"I also told her that all of us like Jisungie." Felix added, making Hyunjin hit the brakes suddenly.  It's lucky for them that there is no car behind them.

"Really?" Hyunjin asked with a happy tone.

Felix clenched his shirt as he was surprised by the taller actions and sent an unimpressed expression. But Hyunjin definitely doesn't care about the younger reaction.

"I really like him, Lix." Hyunjin admitted. Even after sending Jisung back to his parents' house, they couldn't get rid of the small boy's anger.

"I know, but sometimes people are meant to stay in your heart, not in your life." Felix deliberately reminded both of them.

"I have already tried to move on, but when Chan brings him home, I realize that I still want him."

"That is Jisung we are talking about, Hyune. Someone who is not easy for you to forget."
