[ch.44] i could stare at you forever

Jisung was not surprised when Chan took him to his residence, as he had done before. Before they came here, they had to have stopped at his clinic. 

Hyunjin, Felix, and Changbin appeared to be aware of his arrival when they stood at the wide open door with their beautiful smiles.

"Stop smiling, and let's go! All of you except Seungmin and Jisungie,"Minho said, while grabbing Changbin's hand.

The underboss's order caused Hyunjin and Felix to grumble. They are aware that they have a mission tonight, but they are also interested in being with Jisung. Seungmin's triumphant smile is the most hurtful moment.

"Make sure Jisung sleeps in my room, Seungmin-ah." Chan ordered while ruffling Jisung's soft hair. 

"Whipped!" Felix mocked before he received a headlock from the leader.  Felix's plea for release caused everyone to laugh.

"Jisungie! Baby! Help me!"Felix still managed to catch Jisung's attention, even though Hyunjin was already holding their crush hand.

"Just go inside, baby." Hyunjin ushered the younger inside. He managed to kiss Jisung's forehead before he left.  Seungmin's harsh gaze was met by Hyunjin's proud smile. For now, Hyunjin kissed their angel twice!

Fuck you, Hyunjin! Seungmin swore at the taller in his mind. But at the same time, he smiles fondly at Jisung, who looked surprised by Hyunjin's actions.

"Do you want to eat something?" Seungmin asked after both of them were in the house. 

"I'm not hungry." Jisung replied and sat on the couch. His injured wrist struck the armrest of the couch, causing him to wince.

"Be careful. Oh yes, how about cheesecake? The cheesecake has been brought back by Changbin- hyung for you."

"I want cheesecake!"Jisung clapped his hand happily. 

"You're lovable, you know."

"I know," Jisung replied while flipping his non-existent long hair. He has a sassy attitude right now. Seungmin couldn't help but chuckle. He went to the kitchen to get the cheesecake.

When Jisung enjoys his cheesecake, Seungmin takes the opportunity to look at the older person's face. Chan had disclosed his genuine feelings towards Jisung to them. 

Stray Kids leader acknowledges that he can't kill the people he loves. Before this, he had no problem torturing and killing his victims, but with Jisung, not only was he unable to torture him, but even seeing his pouty expression made Chan's knees weak.

So, Chan has made the decision to remove the names of J.One or Jisung from their 'target' list.

"You're staring.." 

"Hmm. And you know what, I could stare at you forever." 

Jisung's blush turned to a sighed shortly afterwards. His expression became gloomy. Seungmin gulped. Has the older person lost interest in talking to him?

"Forever. My mom always tells me that she will love us forever. But, she was the one who consistently allowed my dad to abuse us. There are moments when I feel like I'm not their child. I asked why she allowed dad to beat us, but she didn't say anything."

"You need to fight back. You're J.."

"If you call me J.One again, you'll never see my face again," Jisung glares at the dandy boy. Seungmin swiftly raised his hand as a gesture of surrender.

"You have the right to fight back, Hannie."

"I can't! My mom will stop talking to me if I do that. For now, I only have my mom in that house."
