You both went Ice Skating.
You were sitting at one of the benches in Wahoo World with Barreleye. You didn't know why he invited you to go to Wahoo World when it was around the time for winter but hey, it's Barreleye. You were watching as many different groups of people were leaving from the snowing conditions but Barreleye couldn't help admire how you looked. Ever since the two do you began to hangout his feelings got stronger each day. Barreleye cleared his throat.
"Hey look."
He said, nudging your shoulder and pointed at a skating rink.
"Wanna go skate?"
You were slightly taken off guard by how the NEW skating rink was practically empty besides some trendy Inklings and Octolings there.
"I guess the skating shoes are on a deal since the snow."
Barreleye said, his arm slowwwwwlyyy going behind your shoulder.
"Of course we don't have to.. We can just-"
Barreleye stopped when you stood up and just like that, here you are in his bed. Sorry, no freakyness...😖😣
And here you are sliding on the ice anxiously, but you soon felt a comforting hand on your shoulder. You looked up and seen Barreleye.
"Just move side to side slowly."
Barreleye said, keeping his hand on your shoulder for support and cause he just wanted to. AHHH 😝
As you starting to get the hang of it you didn't notice Barreleye getting distracted while he was by you. Then again he always gets distracted so... Barreleye was quietly staring at your eyes before clearing his throat.
"Uh.Have you done this before?"
Barreleye said while he tried to not feel too embarrassed just being by you. You shook her hand. And gave him your response. Barreleye nodded, just listening to your voice. Barreleye was quiet before narrowing his eyebrows.
"Can I .. Ask you something?"
Barreleye asked, you said "sure."
"Do you... I think I-"
Barreleye got cut off speaking when suddenly another person skating accidentally ram into Barreleye, making him then ran into you.... Making you fall onto the cold ice floor.
"Oopsy."
The inkling in front of you said as they gotten up and CASUALLY just walked off... Like nothing happened. You just stared at the inkling before looking at Barreleye's face on the ice.
"Are you okay?"
You asked him. But he didn't respond. That's when you realized his fucking face was suck.
