(Another note. I wrote this fic back when I JUST found out there was a Splatoon manga so I didn't know much about the characters. Rlly cringey so there's your warning bye bye 😓😓

--------------- RLLY CRINGE GUYS .

**Aki and agent 8(his name is Echi, it was given by Goggles, his friend.) After “8” saved the world Aki and Echi became friends, he started to become her roommate too! He always invites team blue or the S-4 over for dinner or lunch. So it gets weird to walk into the house and just see random famous dudes in the house….**

*It was around 2 AM so Aki thought to get something to drink. She went to the kitchen, not even bothering to turn on the lights, she opened the fridge door, the dim light inside the fridge making her eyes squint. She stood up, holding a bottle of water but suddenly the kitchen light turned on..!*

Skull: “Y’know you should be careful getting stuff when it’s dark..”

Aki: “Huh?”

*Skull sighs, grabbing a black sweater that was left on the kitchen counter, she of course assumed it was his.*

Skull: “I’m just saying you could fall over and hurt yourself..”
*Skull speaks calmly, as his body weight presses up against the kitchen counter.*

Aki: “Oh..” *She says, awkwardly looking down at the floor.* “So uh… Echi had you guys stay over again..?”

*Skull looks down at Aki… Literally since she was only the size up to his chest…—*
Skull: “It wasn’t just to ‘hangout’..”

Aki: “Huh? What do you mean?” *She always thought Skull was scary and imitating from his height….And being the leader of S-4.*

*Skull sighs once again, looking up at the ceiling*
Skull: “Aloha was being too cocky in a battle again.. To where he got himself hurt..We came here since the police aren’t gonna be any help.. Me and the rest of the guys were hoping 8 would replace Aloha for the next battle–”

Aki: “But the problem is he’s sick….Home sick..” *She looks down at the floor* “I didn’t know Octoling’s could get home sick.” *She mumbles*

*Skull suddenly chuckled by her little remark..The first time she heard him laugh..Even if it was a small one too..*
Skull: “Well you would get home sick too if you were gone from your hometown..” *His tone sounds warm when he talked before getting colder..* “Hey…Uh I wanted to know if..” *Skull pauses..* “Y’know what, never mind..”

*Aki looks confused* Aki: “Um oh..?”
*Skull was about to say something before hesitating..* Skull: “You should go to bed now..”

*Aki looked confused*
Aki: “Oh.. okay
*She says. Walking back to her room.*

**Aki closed her bedroom door as she leaned her back on the door, her slowly sliding down until she sat on the floor. Her dropping her water bottle**

*Aki looked up, her gaze on her walk that was covered in random pictures of bands and pictures of her and her friends. Her eyeing on the picture of her and Echi, they both looked so happy. She was happy because she found a friend who would actually BE her friend, and she always thought Echi liked being her friend because… Well y’know he was a Octoling and she accepted him despite the Inklings and Octoling war a thousands of years ago.*

*Aki sighed, gripping her water bottle tight. She got up and went to bed..*
