Eleven: More Baby Shopping

Dee POV
Katy hung up on me. It's either just me or did she say babies? We are so going shopping tomorrow. I looked at the clock. It read 10:30. Archer went to bed about an hour and something ago. I walk into the room and quietly, or try at least, to get to my side of the bed. Archer stirred as I sat in the bed.
I lay down and get settled as he pulls me close to him. I close my eyes and let sleep take me.
(The next day)
I wake to the sunlight coming through the window. I look to archer side of the bed to find he is not there. He must have went to work already. I grab my robe from the beside my nightstand and tie it around me. I walk down the stairs carefully cause I was not fully awake yet.
In the kitchen, I find a plate of food with a note by it
Dee, my dear wife,
I made you breakfast before I left. Hope you like it. Katy called earlier to see if you would like to have a girls day with Beth and Katy. They were going to go do more baby shopping. She said she would tell you why when you meet her there.
Hope you have a great day.
Archer
I smile as I read the note. I go grab the. Phone and dial in Katy's number. She picks up at the second ring.
"Hey, Dee." Katy answered.
"Hey, Katy. So where are we meeting up?" I ask.
"I was thinking Beth and I could pick you up."
"Ok. I will se you in 30."
"Ok, bye"
"Bye" I hang up and go eat the yummy breakfast archer made me.
I take a shower, put on some makeup, and got ready. I put on a pink sundress, black white leggings and a white cardigan. I let my hair cascade into natural dark curls. I slip on some pink sandals and head out.
Katy and Beth are in the car waiting four me. I hop in and was greeted with a smiling Ashley sitting next to me. I smile back as she gives me a hug.
Beth starts driving and Katy starts explaining why we are doing more baby shopping.
"I'm having twins. So I need to double what I have now. We know for sure that one will be a boy, but we won't know what the second one will be until the birth. So we decided to do the second baby's room neutral for now until we know for sure, considering we already painted the first room green. I'm thinking we could do the other room a light blue. For a boy or girl." Katy explained.
I looked at her, my mouth practically hanging open. I get ecstatic after a few moments and hug Katy the best I could from the back seat. Katy is having twins. I'm really happy for her.
Daemon POV
Dawson and I decided while the girls are out we could have a brother bonding time. We would have invited Archer but he had a job to maintain.
"So yesterday, Katy and I found out we were havering twins." I confess. He looks from the tv to me. A smile growing on his mouth.
"That great. Did you guys pick out names yet?" Dawson asks, muting the tv so we can hear each other.
"Kat and I were thinking for the. Boy we know for sure we are having his name will be Adam John. But we haven't really figured out for the other one."
"That sounds good, brother. But I think you two should start picking names for the second baby." Dawson replies.
We watch more ghost adventures and chill for a few hours until the girls return.
Katy POV
We return with more furniture and clothes for the second baby. Daemon and Dawson help haul the stuff inside before Dawson and the girls head home.
Later that night daemon and I were chilling out on the couch. The room was quiet. I break the silence to ask daemon a question. "What do you think we should name the other baby?"
"I was thinking D.J. For Daemon Jr." Daemon smirks.
I slap him and reply, "Seriously, we don't have that much have time left. I was thinking if it's a boy, Aden Michel."
"I don't like the first name but the middle could stay. How about Ryan Michel?"
"I like it." I had a special name in mind for a girl but I don't know if he would say yes. "And I was thinking for a girl it could be Lux Kelly. The middle name after my mother and the first, well-" I studder, not sure how he could react.
"It's beautiful. I love it." He smiled. His eyes sparkled but I could see a tinge of sadness. I could tell daemon missed his home planet. Even if it destroyed when he was a baby.
The rest of the night was filled with daemon talking to the babies and constant kicking.
