Having a good morning routine, is vital to becoming that girl! I mean come on... how you wake up and get ready in the morning, sets up your day and mood.

My advice would be, to wake up early most days (don't force yourself), whilst still having lie ins. School is a great way of becoming that girl; especially with the early mornings 5 times a week.

There are many components which help to having a good morning routine, and so I'm going to show you the order and steps you should follow, with some personal advice and motivation.

- Wake up early in the morning | | gives you more time during the day to get things done, and therefore offers a more productive day! Don't immediately turn to a screen when you wake up, instead have a little stretch in your bed.

- Open the blinds and let the light in, even if it is a cloudy day | | this allows and helps to produce vitamin D, without doing much.

- Make your bed every morning | | this helps with the personal space section of this book.

- Do a more thorough stretch to get your body moving | | so helpful and over time you will see improvements in your fitness and health.

- Have a 5-10 minute meditation session in your room | | enjoy the peace, whilst you recollect your mind and let yourself become open to everything in your life.

- Go downstairs and have a drink of cold water | | helps to wake you up in the morning and keeps you hydrated (and I mean drinking lots of water keeps your skin clear!).

- Use an ice roller on your face | | even if you don't have a roller, just use a block of ice, it is so refreshing and it stops spots from getting worse, whilst still giving your skin that glass effect.

- Do morning skincare | | make sure to cleanse skin, and I find that using hyaluronic acid from the ordinary has helped my skin so much (but whatever works for you is perfectly fine).

- Write down everything that you are grateful for | | make a journal filled with all things that make you happy and that you are grateful for (whether that be, you write one thing each day or multiple things).

- Do a daily planner so that you can get tasks done | | stops you from getting distracted by screens during the middle of the day when you should be doing something productive.

- Daily journal prompt | | write down something or someone that makes you happy (pinterest has lots of ideas and inspiration which you can use).

- Make a healthy breakfast | | make sure it includes some type of fruit which you like (don't just eat stuff which you don't enjoy because it is healthy).

- Make a smoothie bowl | | recipes in the recipe section of the book.

- Do some reading | | whether that be the book you are reading right now, or a magazine you love.

- Get dressed and get started with your day!

All of these things may take time to implement, and gradually it will become like second nature to you. My biggest thing is that you don't touch your phone or device until everything is done (stops you from getting distracted and wasting your time), remember that girl is set on becoming successful and having many achievements!

Now, there are a couple more tasks for you to do after you have checked everything on your phone.

- Complete some tasks | | make sure to give yourself some breaks so your day doesn't become mundane and boring (more on this in a second).

- Have full workout during one of your breaks | | more in the fitness and nutrition section (another alternative is yoga depending on what you prefer), I also love going for walks whilst listening to my favorite music.

That's all! It may seem like a lot at the start, but overtime it will become so easy to follow, and I promise you will see the biggest difference in your mentality and lifestyle. You don't even need loads of products and expensive things (anything can work).
