Your headspace, your mindset, your mentality, need to be in check for you to become your highest self. I believe that this is the most important step to becoming that girl because with a bad mindset you will struggle to implement the things that will lead to you being successful in becoming a better you!
Things to do, to improve your mindset:
- being a more pleasant person (think of the good things first rather than the bad things)
- being happy and at peace with life and at one with the universe (understand that everything happens for a reason)
- knowing that not everything is always serious (have fun and don't always be uptight)
- being there for other people (being selfless)
- supporting other girls rather than bringing them down (you should always try and lift others up, especially when we are all on this Earth together for a reason)
- be positive
- don't get jealous of what you don't have, instead be grateful for what you do have
- don't rush, instead allow yourself to enjoy the day and take the time to experience things (later in life you will be able to remember all the memories and be grateful that you were able to experience everything properly)
How to achieve all of this:
- meditate (in the morning and at night)
- yoga
- journaling - Pinterest has prompts (allows you to write down what you are grateful for, and also what you wish to achieve in the near future)
- make a diary (stops stress taking over and leaves worries behind, especially before sleep - read back on it in the morning, and set out to fix that worry)
