Nutrition is one of the most important factors to becoming that girl. What you put inside you, is what is going to fuel you. Try and avoid processed foods, and eat as many fruits, vegetables, wholefoods and grains as possible. To help get started on eating healthy, look on Pinterest for some cute recipe ideas and inspiration (it helps a lot). 

Meal prep so you don't automatically jump to unhealthy foods is the best thing you can do, to start implementing a healthier diet.

- having salad bowls (caesar salads are amazing)

- fruit bowls after breakfast (filled with your favorite fruits)

- green smoothies (I always put some pineapple and watermelon into mine so that the flavor is more tropical)

- eating granola instead of cereal (you can always make a smoothie bowl and pour some granola over the top)


Make sure that you don't diet yourself. Going on a diet can help improve your nutritional lifestyle, however it also limits what you can eat and can overall lead to health problems if not done correctly. So I would advise to cut out the unhealthy foods (instead have them as a special treat at the weekends), and implement more fruits and vegetables into your daily meals!
